I'm leaving a 5 star review on the young guy Scott in the shoe section. I'm really impressed with his knowledge of the products and his work ethic. This guy is a real asset to this store. I appreciate your help. Thanks, Scott.

Staff are always friendly, very helpful. Can never complain about the service. Always willing to show the product or recommend other products to suit your budget / needs

Not sure what Rebel's all about. Sales or Shelf fillers? Seems like 3 staff couldn't help in the sport therapy section or have any idea about sport related therapies or the right equipment to sell me. You need to hire sales people, these are not sales people. They're just npc's standing about to run a sale through.

Usually there is an employee around everywhere willing to help, but today I has to go up to the register and ask for someone to come and help us, we waited and waited for someone to help but my son just chose something different and we left.

Spent 15 minutes in there and no one served me or even spoke to me. That's right there was only on very polite girl on check out, when she paged for help no one came. Was wanting to get a $270.00 pair of gym shoes. Pleased to say I am from Bundaberg and service there at Rebel Sports is always great. You are lucky Athletes Foot did not have my size, on way to Sunshine coast will try there.

Scott is an absolute champ. Was just in browsing the shoes and he was super chill and offered helpful advice. Sent him out the back for sizes about 3 times and didn't feel like I was bothering him at all. Even though I wasn't ready to pull the trigger on a purchase he was totally cool and I didn't feel pressured to make a purchase. Really appreciate going into a store and having staff like Scott help out.

Went in there to find a couple of items and a bloke by the name of Bradley didn’t hesitate to assist me in finding the products. He was very quick, efficient, and ensured all my needs were met. Great salesman and top customer service, i’ll definitely be buying from here again in the future.

Very helpful staff that were only too happy to sort you out with exactly what you came in to get. As someone with a pretty big shoe size (15), I was amazed that they kept stock on hand in sizes that large.

Overall, a great shopping experience!

What a great place to buy your sporting equipment, but a better place to tune in to Oz RV on YouTube for free and budget. Campsites guys. Have a safe trip.

Went in to get an Origin jersey. Was told by staff that Rebel wasn’t carrying the one I wanted. Only to find it advertised on your website went back to get it and was told to order it for click and collect, wouldn’t let me so I went to the counter to try my luck. The young lady said they could order it in store and and have it delivered. The young lady was to busy helping everyone else behind the counter she ordered the wrong size after being told the size I wanted more them once the size issue was only discovered after it was ordered and processed. Her solution wait for it to arrived and come in and they can order the right size and swap it. After saying no I wanted the size I asked for and waiting over 20 minutes I was told that apparently there was only one size left in every store (this took 3 different people and a number of phone calls to work out). When I asked for copies of both dockets in case there was an issue with the refund I was told if there was a problem to contact my bank.
Now I understand accidents happen but there i a clear lack of training and supervision in this store.

Went into get netball shoes and it was very busy. However, staff was quick to acknowledge me and provide service once they finished with the customer before me. Great service and happy with the products.

Plenty of parking.easy access for wheelchairs.
Big choice for all sports.
Shame they didnt stock enough of all NRL clubs.but.now they've moved they do.
And still have some of the nicest staff in Rocky Sports Stores.

To expensive, I advise check online peoples staff a little rude also and not overly interested in big boned me in their precious fitness store. (Judgy much)

Dont turn up if you are over 30 and not "fit". I was certainly served by someone who would prefer that. The whole time it was as if she was doing me a favour. Maybe she was having a bad day. Overall I spent close to $400, on what I needed. But she was pushing me out the door. I dont mind paying a premium for a brand (say Rebel) but this Rebel is not worth it.

Not happy at all waited 40 minutes for store to open and then asked to fit netball shoes. She brings it and i ask for socks and she said with covid they ran out of socks i need to buy some. I said no i dont have extra money so i left and you guys lost a sale of over 200 dollars. Why not ask me when i requested size if i had sock as i cannot fit it without. Ended up not buying and went to Intersport. They are much more organised. I purchased MY shoed there. Definitely know where i will go in future for my netball shoes.

Staff don't seem to be educated on the products they sell, or know whether they even stock certain things.

Awful customer service, came instore to purchase a bicycle and NRL merchandise and was met with a rude woman who very begrudgingly answered my question relating to NRL merchandise stock. Will not return.

Rubbish service. Hard to get help. Don't want to help you when you finally find someone. Won't order in the size or style you want and try to send you online to do so.

We recently purchased a sports watch from this store. Overwhelmed with the choice and wanting to purchase the right watch for my mum we were served by Kris and Nicole. Their product knowledge, professionalism and outstanding customer service made the experience so much easier. Definitely will recommend this store to my friends. And ‘Mum’ is loving her new watch!

A great range of stuff. Things seem a bit expensive but not more than you would expect getting brand name sporting goods and clothing. They often have clearance areas where things are more affordable but it's not KMart.
