Great store. Very well set out. Friendly staff and very helpful. Bought a few pairs of shoes the other day and the guys were really patient as the kids tried on multiple pair to finally make a decision. Cheers guys that’s Five stars from me

Had an awesome online shopping experience with Rebel @ Redbank.
Placed an order and within the hour (or thereabouts) had been given a call advising one item was out of stock. They advised me they had a different item (it was more expensive so I said no) and they gave me a gift voucher as the refund amount. Super pleased with the team and the prompt service!

I visited the store regarding an issue with a warranty claim with a product supplier. The customer experience I received completely exceeded my expectations and is not common these days.

I will definitely be making my future purchases with this store as they genuinely look after there customers.

I like this store as the staff make it so nice to spend your cash they are helpful friendly an will order anything they can if you ask

My experience here wasn’t the greatest, the service I received felt rushed and made me feel very comfortable and not valued as a customer. This is the first time this has happened to me at Rebel but first impressions are a big thing for me and my experience at Rebel in redbank can’t be reversed. Although saying this the service in other Rebel stores like Indooroopilly and Springfield have been quite exceptional.

Recently purchased a pair of running shoes, the young assistant was very knowledgeable about shoes, , quick service, spent time choosing a nice pair of shoes, as a customer member, I even received a $30 surprise discount at the service counter.

Always nice to see welcoming atmosphere. Nice happy staff. I always get what i want from this shop. I recommend this place for your sports needs

Good stock (love that we can check stock online). We tend to find Rebel workers offer less experience in fitting shoes than competitors, but today's visit a young man was very polite and helpful. Great store!

Great service from all staff, found what I wanted easily, and was in and out in 15 minutes. Good range, with sizes I needed.

Smaller store and less stock available (only 1 type of Nike tracksuit pants left in stock). Staff were helpful.

As always the staff are so friendly and helpful shout out to Ben. Knows his stuff my young fella always enjoys talking to him. Scanned wrong price at register but old mate changed it immediately and apologised for it.

From the moment I entered the store the young lady at the front counter was more than helpful and very very attentive to my conversation

When kmart hasnt started selling the same product for 1/10th of the price yet, these are my go-to guys for lifting equipment. Most things are good quality, what keeps bringing me back is the fact that i always end up loosing one of my harbinger lifting straps.

I now have an orphanage of mismatched straps, this amalgamation of lifting paraphernalia has cost me more than thanos throwing his daughter off a cliff.

Good clean store with customers able to get help from very knowledgeable staff and Preety good prices

To be fair from the outset I need to say that like a lot of retailers, Rebel are pretty light on stock due to the covid pandemic. This defy not the normal case. Nothing sets this site out as particularly different from the other Rebel except it's a little smaller. Service is always good and you can easily get advice from a pretty knowledgeable team. Pricing.well it's fair to say Rebel are never the cheapest or best value in the market but they're generally pretty good

Don't have much rugby stuff that I like couldn't find staff to help me a bit on t he expensive side

. Good variety of Clothes though will never walk back into this store as I was followed around and made to feel uncomfortable, as if I was stealing or they were just Judgemental nasty people who work here
