Got 2 for the price of 1 and sooooo comfortable the guys where on point with getting me the right kicks for my feet. These guys are definitely worth going to if you want serious comfort and support from the shoes you buy

Fabulous customer service by Sandra and Olivia They know their stock, and listen intently to ensure they recommend the right piece of equipment. They don't make idle conversation.they totally engage.this is a rare find in today's retail.

Great group of staff who assisted me in an instant. It is refreshing to have old fashioned service. Without being pressured or the up sale.

Went to Rebel at Oxenford today looking for a pair of shoes. Had the best customer service experience I've ever had. Young bloke named Robert was incredibly knowledgeable and spent way more time with me than I deserved.

Highly recommend if you're not sure what you need on your feet!

It's a good branch of rebel and I'm always come here, one of the staff called Olivia is very helpful. Today she spend 20 minutes to help my friend and I to choose a tennis racket and wrap grip for us

Even though they didn't have what I wanted, the young staff member was very helpful and made a few calls to find it.

Had a really awesome time selecting sports boots with an amazing, helpful, and funny staff member named Robert.

OK REBEL Corp/HO, this is really for you.

Your local suburban stores have a vastly better customer service experience than your larger metro or larger shopping centre stores.

Your staff at these larger shopping stores and larger stores are devoid of the authentic customer service and attention we get at our regional stores.

It's perplexing as I completely enjoy shopping at my local urban store but wish they had more choice, selection and inventory depth at the larger metro or bigger shopping centre stores.

However, when I shop there, your CX falls off a cliff. Dismissive, robotic, non genuine, actually turn me off customer service experience.

Which pushes me to an online experience but lets not go there.

Do better Corporate Rebel. Keep it real Rebel Oxenford.

Thank you to the young man, in the shoe section, who measured my foot and took the time to find the right type of Brook's shoe that would suit and fit me best. His knowledge on sports shoes was excellent.

So many things to choose from.

After very average service up the back, looking for school shoes, i was recommended going to Robina as the certain shoe we wanted wasn't available.
Not wanting to drive the 50km round trip, I was going to order online.

On my way out I just happened to ask Caroline how long roughly shipping takes.
She was so helpful and ordered them for me through the register and I had them sent to my home within 2days! Also while she was organising this my daughter picked a $30 water bottle
So not only did she manage to keep the shoe sale in store we also purchased the water bottle

Great range of sport clothing too, little pricey but you get that with good quality items.

Poor selection of soccer boots, after purchasing amart all sports to gain market control they’ve reduced competition and selection. Staff also took about 45 minutes to serve for soccer boots. Even though there were around 6 other staff members twiddling their thumbs.

It was ok but did not have the stock of good footballs in sherrin range of Australian rule footballs only the cheap one staff need to be trained better

No real problems with this store. Staff are always friendly and willing to help when needed. Clean and tidy store too

Where's the staff? !? ! Where's the customer service? ! There are lots of staff walking around looking busy, but not once was I approached and asked if I needed help with anything. I had to chase a staff member half way around the store for assistance. Ended up walking out with $500 worth of equipment, but it took me an hour from entry to exit to get anyone to help me find my gear. The team member I spoke to seemed a little inexperienced with some of the equipment and couldn't help with a lot of the questions, which was fine (not everyone can know everything) but it would've been nice if he could've asked a more experienced team member at that point. I probably could've gotten more help, customer service, or information from a staff member at Kmart if I'm being honest.

The check out staff were less than pleasant too.

Went in to buy a tennis racket around $50 and Nathan up sold me a $200 racket. Super friendly and amazing customer service, will definitely be coming back again.
