The service was great. Dan was absolutely in his service. Nothing was too much.
I would certainly go back again & highly recommended them.

Poor service or not enough people on the floor. Stood there for ages and had to fine someone.
There was plenty of customer's in there.
Don't want to give a bad rating but was just annoyed with the service as was some of the people I spoke too.

Great customer service, staff member who served my husband had great product knowledge (apparently she has worked there 3 yrs). She had great advice which help my husband decide which shoes to purchase.

Just want to write a review on the customer service. I was after a product that was out of stock insore. I spoke to Luke on the phone he then served me in store where my product was ordered and delivered to my home. I work in customer service and know how busy and stressful this time of year is. Luke's was great top customer service and so helpful.

Best customer service in town. The staff here actually like their jobs and want to help me! I shop here on a regular basics and always leave wishing all retail shops in Mackay has as good as customer service as Rebel. I am always greeted with a smile and more than one staff member always ask if I need assistance. Can not fault their service and experience, and would highly recommended this business.

Extremely disappointed with Rebel Management today. I went to pick up 13 pre-ordered water bottles, for an U12 Boys Representative Basketball Team, which had been paid for using Osko direct payment- with a receipt of payment, but was refused them. He said that the money had not landed and he would not give them to me, even with proof of payment. I explained that their tournament was starting tomorrow and the boys needed them, but he was not interested in finding a way to assist me. He was not interested in finding a solution to help me. It was always a 'No! '. Even with an email of the Osko bank transfer, made the previous day, it was a no go. He did not care who it was for, it was simply 'No'. The Mackay Basketball Representative Teams are well established in Mackay and often use local businesses to source their equipment. My experience with Inter Sport was so much better than Rebel. I know where I will be taking my future business next time.

Ethan was a great help, I have a very difficult shoe size, but he found a pair that fit in no time at all. Great service and I’m really happy about my purchase.

I have been to Rebel Sport twice this week and was shocked at the level of customer service from teen age staff. They went out of their way to help with finding the shoes i needed, whilst being short staffed. Then I get to the counter and the teen staff member is not only greeting me with a friendly smile but proceeds to ask me about my Christmas holidays and my plans for 2022. It was like I was in a time warp to 1955. What a credit to the management team to develop these amazing young people - thank you

Great range overall did not have the items i needed on this occasion. But still a great store to visit.

Appalling service.waited half an hour to be served only to get recommended shoes without my size. The register service was fantastic in comparison. Wont be coming back, still very disappointed.

Plenty of variety and reasonable prices. Some really good specials. My wife got a pair of joggers almost half price. Staff were excellent, very knowledgeable and friendly.

Standard fitness/sports store part of a chain. Well lit. Staff friendly. Decent range of products. Regular sales.

Attended the store today with a rather involved refund/exchange situation due to having ordered the wrong sized shoes online. It was very busy with families getting ready for back-to-school, the staff were attentive and involved with the customers and were quick to find someone to help me. After making my new selection, the manager had had to be called to do the exchange (it was a long and involved process due to me having purchased online using PayPal). The manager, Sam, was absolutely wonderful. She was professional, knowledgeable and extremely affable. My wrong shoes were gone and my right shoes were walking out the door with me in no time flat and I genuinely felt my day was improved by the whole experience. I'll definitely be aiming to shop locally in the future.

Fantastic sporting goods store. Approachable and friendly staff with plenty of advice. Good specials as well.

Great service had all the items I was after footwear was in excellent condition considering how many people was being served at once every all the employees handled me greatly looking for my footy boots before I had a game 10/10

Nice Store. Personnel were busy but attentive. Unfortunately, we found only one of the shoes we were looking for. Anyway it was good to have a look of the offers and purchasing the needed.
