Availability of sizes of some items has been an issue but the service from Brandie P has been excellent. I've shopped at Rebel numerous times over the past few months for birthday presents and stuff for myself and Brandie has been very helpful and knowledgeable. It is refreshing to see the great values Rebel was built on (as a former Rebel employee myself 20 years ago) still exist.

Great sales people helped me with my main purchase. Ended up buying a few other things as well. Can't wait for my next visit soon. Thank you

Customer service was outstanding. I didn’t get the girls name but she went above and beyond to locate a Dolphins jersey for my husband in his size even though they didn’t have it in stock at their store. Thank you.

Nice and clean alays have all your sporting goods shirts pants and in general sport good stuff even pools toys.

Big store, lots to choose from, staff were friendly even though we arrived with 2 minutes until close time. Got roller-skates 40% off.

Staff were brilliant assisted and served quickly and done and dusted 4 people attended too, sized properly with running shoes and socks and we were good to go in less than and hour! My kind of shopping well done!

I use to come here all the time. That has changed dramatically due to being watching everytime I walk into this store ONLY. Every other rebel store is great. I don't like being watched due to the colour of my skin. I was here yesterday getting a school bag for my daughter while I had 2 guys watch my every move. I didn't like it one bit, made me feel uncomfortable. People like that are the reasons I do online shopping. Don't make a black woman feel uncomfortable when she is Cleary buying stuff, its wrong, discrimination and pathetic

Hand sanitizer at the entry was empty on my visit, blank looks when i brought it to the attention of a staff member.

New store everything you need the staff were great. Very helpful in the sports shoe section and knew the product.

Went there lunch time today to get some sneakers. I got some great running sneakers and put Michael through his paces. Tried on a few pairs and Michael was knowledgeable about all of them. Instead of getting my standard comfy New Balance walking shoe for a wide foot, I tried the ASICS with great arch support and can assist with foot wobble and the impact on your knees. Then I tried on the New Balance running shoe which he'd mentioned at the beginning. Wow what a game changer. Added benefit of being light and breathable, the cloth instead of leather helps with this apparently. Michael handled my awkwardness and humour. He's everything you'd want from a customer service person. I've worked in it for years as a Senior and I'd hire him. He's personable, professional and approachable.
