Bought a heavy item and had a shoulder injury. The assistant beside the lady who served me, jumped at the chance to carry it to my car after I asked for help. They had a line up but she didn’t blink. Excellent service and most grateful.

Best sports/ shoe store on the coast.

Came in to buy some black asics for work and we had Garry helping us out trying on different shoes and giving us great insight about shoes. He was so helpful and so kind, great employee and great customer service.

Great service. Our son needed footy boots and sneakers. We had been to another Rebel store with disappointing results.
Highly recommended as very helpful and prompt service even though busy. Great experience.

Friendly helpful staff, large airy cool store. Prices aren’t great compared to UK (50% higher) but better than elsewhere. Picked up a pair of Brooks Ghost 15s which I can’t get in UK anyway.

Not enough staff.paid for items but did not get member discount long wait in the que for paying with only 1 serving and people were frustrated.well done to the guys down the back helping with shoes but its a shame you have to serve 3 customers at once made the whole process lengthy.

They have a sale on for shoes. I helped myself without any assistance which was fine, as he was busy with others. I may have chose a different size however price was good and it wasn't too busy.

Very limited swim wear choices. I did go in winter, so maybe better options in the spring. Alot for options for footy wear, all codes.

First time I came here, I was followed round the store. There was only one other person in the store & a few staff members so I said fair enough. 50/50 chance. The second time, it was a busy Saturday & there were customers even wanting service… but this weird tall middle aged dude was too busy thinking the indigenous person was gonna steal something. I do well for myself, but yes on the weekend I like to wear shorts & a singlet. Next time I’ll wear my Tom Ford suit so hopefully I’m not subjected to racial profiling.

A seemingly wide range of more cost-effective workout gear, but the caveat is that it often doesn't work as advertised. Bought a few resistance bands here and they were so short that 90% of the exercises bands are used for are out of the question. Makes you wonder why people bother to make shoddy stuff like that beyond preying on online shoppers and making a quick buck.

I purchased a Rowing Machine from the Kawana Store. The young man named Jayden served me. He was a very polite & helpful young man.
Checking all details of the rowing Machine, folding, usage & warranty details all explained correctly.
I would highly recommend Jayden for employee of the month!

Just go straight to Maroochydore because that's where the staff at this store will tell you to go because they don't have stock. This place must have no storage out the back because every time I have gone there they are always out of stock on sizes in clothing shoes all merch seems to be for xl+. You can't sell things if you don't have them.

I tried to return a pair of 8 month old Nike Air Max that had been worn once a week (at most) with the air cells had started coming apart and the soles coming away from the upper shoe. Despite the shoes being in otherwise good condition and great tread condition the Counter Attendant advised it was fair wear and tear. I challenged it saying that around 30 uses was not fair for shoes that cost $180 but she refused to return them. I would not recommend this store and will be taking my future business elsewhere.
