During my recent visit to Rebel, I had the pleasure of receiving exceptional service from one of their employees, sam. This individual's dedication to providing an outstanding customer experience was truly impressive. Not only was his knowledgeable about the products and offerings, but sams genuine passion for assisting customers shone through in every interaction we had.
They patiently listened to my needs, offering valuable advice and recommendations tailored to my preferences. Moreover, this Rebel employee exhibited professionalism and a high level of expertise in the store's inventory. His enthusiasm and passion for sports or fitness were evident, making me feel confident in the products I purchased.
I highly commend his outstanding Rebel employee for his exemplary service and dedication to making my shopping experience memorable. Was directed to this store from Orion to purchase an item that the website claimed was in stock, waited 15 minutes in store to see some staff but could not find any that weren't trying to sell shoes, so ordered I online whilst standing in store only to receive a call 40 minutes later that the store has not updated its online stocks and they actually don't have any physical stock in store. Was then directed towards the store in the middle of Brisbane to find stock, perhaps staff the store correctly and update your system so you don't have people driving 30 plus minutes between stores when you infact don't have stock.

Kylie was very friendly, helpful and went to all the necessary lengths to ensure I got the right shoes that I needed. Thanks again, Kylie.

Went in for shoes for my son and when the lady behind the counter spoke to my kids my daughter informed her it was her birthday tomorrow, after asking first, the wonderful lady then sang happy birthday on the spot to my daughter infront of everyone, my daughter LOVED it! It was lovely.

Hands down the Best Rebel store to shop at! The owner/manager has a wealth of knowledge and is happy to chat with anyone that comes in.

I bought shoes and the staff were helpful and knowledgeable. The environment is pleasant and relaxed, the staff are around if you need something, but you can browse without being asked if you need help every few minutes.

Doesn't have a whole lot of variety, every time I've been there they don't have what I want in stock, i had to go to Indooroopilly Rebel.

Adidas, Nike, Puma brands got very good price. Sport equipments are nice and variety to choose.

Way too expensive. You can get pretty much the same clothing in k-mart for a fraction of the price. I know they are name brands but who cares when you just sweat in them.

Spent over 20 minutes in store looking at gear that we needed to buy. Not a single person even looked at us, including the three staff members that walked right next to us, the store was almost empty and at least 5 staff on the floor. When we walked out three staff members we just talking at the registers.

I have brought 2nd pairs of shoes in 2 years the staff are super friendly only to please to try and get me support soft shoes that sute my feet with archers they are well trained I recommend them check them out. 10 out of 10

What a pleasure to deal with Rebel sport Ipswich, from using their click and collect through to their track and trace service it is never any trouble for the staff to help.

Super busy today but staff were lovely & eager to help if you could get their attention. Saw a few returns/exchanges which were handled great. My go-to spot for anything sports & fitness related.

Always have friendly staff there to help if needed. Their products are of great quality! I keep going back for my boys sporting goods.
