Ended up going to the opposition and spending twice as I was intending to due to the fact I actually got served there. They weren't even busy. Shame as I have always shopped here.

We got over looked by a couple of staff members who helped some later arrivals before us, once we got the attention of a staff member he was extremely helpful answering our questions and helping us, the prices were great the selection of sporting goods are second to none and the 2 staff members that ended up helping us were awesome

Great friendly staff with reasonable prices on a plethora of goods.

Rebel have not just helpful, but knowledgeable staff who go the extra distance to get you what you want.

I've been into rebel a few too many times in the past few weeks (whoops), and every single time I am welcomed and assisted straight away and walk out with what I went in there for. Thanks guys!

Staff were ignorant of us. Having chats and ball games at the registers. Stock in our size is never available (Even before Corona) and ordering doesn't seem to change to accommodate the needs of the consumers.

I grabbed two singlets of a sales rack and got to my car and realised i didn't get the discount so i went back i store to the man who served me and he asked what i assume to be his manager to sort it out. Now here is where my frustration is, she looked at the receipt and said on of the singlets was eligible, i waa confused as multiple of each singlet were on the rack and i told her so. She asks me to go back to my cat and get them instead of going to the rack herself to look, now it was getting annoying. I got them and the she asked the man who served me to go check the rack! Surprise the singlets were there!
So to get the discount put back on my card i had to give them my phone number and address. Why? Im a member i should not need to do this and it shouldn't be asked either when theyre the ones who made the mistake. I was about to just return my whole purchase which was over $200. Very bad and annoying way to treat a customer.

Staff were super helpful. We went on boxing day sales couldn't believe the discounts that we found.

Great store for expert advise. Brenton was absolutely awesome. A true asset to the business. Thank you matey for your expertise

I had an excellent time in this store. Friendly staff that are prompt to help without being overwhelming. I found exactly what I needed at the price point I was expecting.

Top class Shell petrol station and shop.newly opened.food, and convenience items.drive though coffee shop attached.

Love to visit Rebel and buy new shoes. The staff a very professional and give tips and recommendations on what would best suit your needs. Would recommend checking them out if your looking for sporting goods.

Staff always friendly and helpful. It's the only sports shop we go to. A good range of products and always a bargain to be found.
