For every item I had to have it checked. Prices on clearance not marked down.
First price check was $25, when I was going to buy, suddenly went to $30!
Happens on 4 items. Staff showed no care.
Not recommended. Rather buy at myers

Definitely recommend the store, the young bloke who helped me was very clued on and patient. Did a great job. Checkout staff could improve though, at least on that day.

Absolutely shocking experience. No one said hello or asked if we needed assistance. 3 lots of staff talking to each other and no one serving. Came in to buy 3 sets of new shoes and walked out empty handed because no one would help. Yet the customers who walked in after me got approached straight away which on top of that staff had to walk past us to get to them. Absolutely horrible

I still prefer the old Amart Sports Shop, it has more great offers and products to choose from.

My wife and I have shopped at Rebel Sport, Garbutt QLD store for the last couple of years. Whether we are in-store, or need help over the phone, the team is excellent. Many thanks to Ian, who has helped us with everything from a home gym, to socks. Ian is a great bloke, with a fantastic attitude, and extremely helpful with extensive product knowledge. Thank you for your time and effort Ian.

Large showroom with plenty of stock. Love the selection of NRL merchandise not many places that stock good Titans gear.

A great help by three staff members to get a squat rack on my car. Always helpful when I go there.

Went into Rebel Garbutt on the Australia Day Public Holiday to purchase some running shoes. The shoe section was packed with customers and only 1 sales person was assisting in the shoe section. The other sales assistants (4 of them) were all standing around the front counter talking and laughing. What appeared to be a supervisor was also too busy jawing off to one of her friends at the front counter. Rebel, maybe you should reconsider the amount of staff you have employed. They clearly don't value their jobs and maybe you should reconsider the amount of staff you have on during a public holiday and save some cash on wages.

Excellent customer service by the young lad that served me. Well equipped store and they ordered in what I wanted no worries

Needed thin laces for mercurial boots was bluntly told no these are the laces for boots when they are 4 times the size tried to tell him they won't even fit through the holes, found some thinner ones meant for runners that there 5cm longer in black so I asked if he had white and he said out the back but would not get them for me, ended up being forced to buy the fat ones that don't go through any of the holes, tempted to punch him in the face,

This place would be great if i was 40+ with 3 kids and a wife that hated my guts because i go out golfing every chance i get and spend a few hours after that sinking scotch and trying to pick up the waitresses in the club house.probably drives a jag too.

If you plan on using the fitting room organize it before walking to the back of the shop, finding they are locked then having to ask ask front counter to unlock. Customer service not that good, no one ever asks if you need assistance.

Great service, store well presented and some good sales! Was served by a young gentleman (Who I believe was the manager), very polite and knew what he was talking about. Will be recommending rebel to my friends and family - thank you!

Normally get really good service.today not so good. Remember to always try your best to help your customers, even if we are fussy

No one in the store today so service was good.however limited stock on shoes 12 and over.other sports stores were the same

Went in there yesterday at about 3.45pm to buy a new set of joggers. Not 1 person came over to us to ask if we needed help. There was one guy serving another girl at the shoe section, there was 1 guy standing near the shoe section playing with a football and had no customers and there were 3 staff members at the registers all talking. The customer service there is terrible. We just walked out.

Bought a basketball system (hoop) for $420 roughly a month ago now.i also got it delivered for $50 and installed for another $50.the system had some kind of leak or it was not set up properly as it fell onto my ute less than 24 hours. After weeks and weeks of mucking around with unhelpful and very rude staff i was told my claim would be refunded for the system only so $420 initially, i was also told my ute was completely ignored

Great store! Always go there to get my sporting goods and the service has always been great. Reasonably priced with some great sales.

Hopeless service.i was looking in the women's section for a gift and the staff just walked past and did the old "you're right mate" thing and kept walking.
No i wasn't "right" and i'm not your "mate".
I'm a customer who required service.
