If I could I would give them 0 stars. Coming back from this store, because I was refused the advertised Black Friday 30% discount. The reason for their refusal - I am not a member.

I went here yesterday for some training find and was helped by Riley M. He was good at sorting me out for sizes and different products. The fins are great. Keep up the great work.

We went to buy my husband a pair of running shoes yesterday. We needed a pair that was solid but comfortable for lots of mileage (indoor and outdoor running) for my running addicted husband. After trying on 4-5 prs, and treadmill trialling 2 prs - we found the right pair. Thankyou to Hugh and the in-store podiatrist, Chloe. Both were so lovely, knowledgeable, patient, and good company. Couldn’t have been better. Top stars to them both. Thanks so much

Huge store, plenty of options and staff are always helpful. There’s also a terrific outside area for soccer, basketball etc for some practice by the kids.

Travelled out of my way to buy a simple pair of weight training gloves.
Really didn’t want to spend a great deal of money but the ones in the medium price range were all out of stock in anything other than small.
The staff were pretty lame to be honest and seriously didn’t care to be all that helpful.
I ended up buying 2 pairs on eBay at a great price and delivered to my home.
Don’t know why I bothered to go there.
Waste of time and petrol.

Recently purchased a new pair of ASICS, overall very happy. Thanks to Benjamin for your helpful advice.

I bought a fabric basketball net here that literally disintegrated to powder in 7 months. I gathered up the bits and returned them to the store manager, who offered me another net of the same quality. I declined. The manager suggested next time I buy a metal chain net. I left the store empty handed. I am very unimpressed.

Big store, great selection. Staff are a bit hit and miss. Sometimes it feels like they are stalking you other times you can't find anyone to help.

Hannah from customer service was really helpful and offered to give us a twenty dollars off of our purchase because there was quite a long wait because of there inside of store transfer. But Hannah made that better for us. To the rebel team thank you for supporting a long time shopper with u guys. And to Hannah for enhancing our shopping experience

I went in for some simple things, Edward W was a very helpful worker. He knew his product and didn't try to oversell anything. Would recommend him as an employee

Horrible experience. I was told by one of your staff I could bring back my football boots and do an exchange as they’d only been worn once. To be then be told they can’t be exchanged. Incredibly poor service. Train your staff better instead of teaching them to lie to your customers.

Great range and super helpful staff. The young (very young) lady that helped me find the running shoes I needed was wonderful. Great subject matter knowledge and made my quest so much easier.

Visited recently in search of new gym shoes. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Claudia M assisted me and was absolutely fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to find the perfect shoe to suit my needs and budget. Thanks Claudia M for all your assistance - she's a real asset to Rebel Everton Park!

The customer service here is amazing! I spoke to a supervisor today and his attitude to ensuring his staff were customer focussed and supported was a credit to Rebel Sports. It shows in the way you’re greeted and treated on the floor. JD Sport take note!

Best Rebel Sport I have been to hands down. The store is new and well set out and the staff are helpful and friendly. Massive contrast to the Chermside and Brookside stores.

HUGE store - factory sized. Lots of stock, massive range. It even has a mini netted sports area outside set up with a basketball hoop and soccer goal. Didn't engage with the staff until checkout. Not super warm but nice enough

I had done my research and knew that Big W was cheaper for what I was looking for. However, I had questions and the person who I managed to find at Big W, didn’t know the product.
So I went to Rebel Sport at Everton Park. Immediately someone asked how they could help me. Hugh listened to what I wanted, gave advice, made recommendations and was, all in all, extremely helpful.
Because of him, I purchased the product from Rebel Sport. I would much pay extra, and get the service and help that Hugh gave, than get something cheaper and watch service levels continually drop. Thank you Hugh, I appreciated your efforts today and hope Rebel Sports continue to hire people such as yourself. You are an asset to this company.

Heaps of parking at Everton Park and cheerful, helpful staff.

Great rebel shop. They were low on some items due to sales event but I still got my Nike running clothes and the service was friendly and helpful getting me my size from the back storage. Also easy to try clothes before buying. Nice and clean shop. Will go there again for exercise clothes, etc.
