Great shop good customer service fair pricing got my daughters new drink bottles organised for school next year

Rebel Coomera is an ideal place when you want to buy wears, particularly sports wear. They sell high-quality sporting wears materials but their prices could be high.

I have been there twice in the last week, absolutely amazing service. The first time I went to buy gym gloves, the lady at the counter price matched with no fuss. I got exactly the product I wanted, with hassle free purchase. The second time I went to buy shoes, David was very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. I was there to buy one shoe, ended up buying 2! He helped me with the sizes, advising me of a good fit, etc. Very happy with my purchase and the awesome service. Thank you team at Rebel Sport Coomera:)

Store opening times say close 5.30pm I left work early to make it to this coomera store to only find they are closed ive now lost earnings because they close when they feel like it.

Had phenomenal experience with Kacey at Rebel Sports. I was shopping for running gear. She took the time to address my concerns and patiently helped me select the right product. Super good experience. I will definitely be back.

Bought 15 different home gym stuff last week, booked a delivery service waited for a week no response at all called them back just noticed the shop staff got my numbers wrong, finally got everything sorted (need to ring them twice and talk to a staff in shop) and the delivery guy got a now or never funny attitude, told him no one at home nah can’t do it today neither tmr: (have to tell him leave the boxes back yard to fit his “schedule” however went back home found out one of the punch bag stand not there. Really unprofessional service disappointed.

Hi there, Just wanted to leave a review for Ryan. I came in this afternoon to purchase some running shoes, I had no idea what to look for or what all the labels and types meant etc. Ryan was super helpful, patient and kind when helping me find the perfect pair for my needs. He took the time to explain to me what everything meant, what his recommendations were and what brands he preferred/avoided. He must have gone out the back half a dozen times to find my size in several different shoes I was trying on - all without complaint like it was no hassle at all. I felt listened to, respected and like he genuinely wanted to help me. He was even kind to my son who had asked him some awkward, personal questions (currently being assessed for asd) and didn’t make him feel weird or be rude to him. I wanted to leave this review as in society today more often then not we receive customer service that is lacking, but once in a blue moon you find a beautiful, kind hearted person who’s service & attitude just makes your day! I truely hope Ryan is recognised in his workplace for his dedication, customer service and caring nature.

Where are the staff, oh playing cricket at the front counters. No wonder service is non existent.

I’m giving a 1 star to Macy at Coomera Westfield because she was so rude when I asked her a layby question. Don’t have rude staff at the register or give her more training on customer service
And how to speak to customers. Even my 8yr old said Mum don’t buy from here she was rude. So I cancelled my layby. The other assistant who assisted me instead was very polite.

OK store wish it was bigger. Staff ok. Always to many staff behind the counter. They need to mingle more with the customer's.

I cannot thank the team at this store (especially Ryan) enough for their patience, understanding and the fabulous customer service I received when I had a concern regarding my runners. I really appreciate their guidance and assistance. I love my runners and they are so comfortable

I cannot reccomend this store. In particularly Jordan, an employee of the store who helped me greatly when selecting shoes, mainly because he genuinely knew what he was talking about. Great staff great store

We were followed around like we were going to steal something, we are genuine customers. Staff standing in groups talking while 1 person on the counter with a massive line up. Poor management, Oxenford Shop much better.

We were just helped by a very pleasant young gentleman. We later found out his name was Ryan.
An issue we had at the time was figuring out our Zippay account.
It was not working for us with the reception in the centre, customers were lining up. People were getting impatient, including me (at the situation with my phone, not at Ryan)

The entire time he was polite and very professional.
Nothing was an issue and he was willing to continue to assist the entire time.
My partner and I have both been In retail management and always take notice of customer service.

My goal of writing this is the hope that Ryan is given a pat on the back for going up and beyond.
You have made our day.

Great customer service from David B. Called in late 25/7 and he was so helpful assisting me and the family. Nothing was a problem and obliging when looking for stock at other stores.
Made the family feel welcome and was happy to assist even thou it was right on closing time.

A credit to the store. See you again and again.

Ryan's customer service was exceptional. We were in store on the 21.7.20 and Ryan went out of his way to give my partner and I the best deal and we were very happy with his work ethic.

Absolute useless customer service. One staff member Brad seems to be in pain to serve people. Rather use oxenford store
