Popped into rebel Capalaba this arvo to use some gift cards and just wanted to give a shout out to Jedd working on the front end for his great customer service. Had a little issue with my purchase but Jedd knew his stuff and had me sorted in no time. Cheers sir.

Service is never great, not awful but not amazing. They get you a shoe but they don’t fit it or bother to even lace up and check. Store never has any stock unfortunately or it’s just our luck.
Have been in numerous times and walked away with nothing as they seem to be low on stock, of first option, second or third… was told shoe was available online.nope can’t order either only pick up Toowoomba.ordered from ascis online with free delivery.

I did a online purchase, buy did walk around the store. Looks the goods.

Another friendly helpful encounter

Everytime I have come to capalaba the team have always helped and not just pointed you in the direction but would take you and then help you. But the staff that work around footwear are so unbelievably amazing. Even when it can be busy they engage and will inform you they won’t be long or someone will be here shortly and apologise for the wait etc once you are with a team member you do not feel rushed or even notice how busy it is. They are patient and knowledgeable. I can’t remember her name but on the 12.8 you are an asset to that store and I said it to you on the day but you really deserve a bonus.

I often have such amazing customer service here however I was served by a young girl with very poor customer service, we didn’t receive a hello and she was speaking to us unhappily…she made us feel quite awkward and uneasy.
She was walking with no purpose and compared to other staff around her did not seem to enjoy what she was doing…

Staff were awesome! Deb/Deborah listened to exactly what I was looking for and went out of her way to find lots of options. Super friendly and great!

I love to use real Capalaba online to see what they have on sale before going in.
Also grate for kids birthday presents hat's, water bottle, mini space jam basketball.

Have been there a handful of times, got our stationary exercise bike there. Price was matched for the model up as the bike we wanted was out of stock. Delivery was on time and within a reasonable time frame even when it was close to Christmas. Have been there to purchase hoodies and Nike caps. Staffs are always helpful and pleasant. Prices are always fair, you can always find things on sale. A must is look through their very discounted rack of stock at the front of the store, we got a brand T-shirt for $20 discounted from over $80. A nice and tidy store, well stocked and knowledgeable staff.

Very disappointing customer service. Was happy to over charge me, I said price was wrong she didn't care & didn't offer to help or check the price, she had a head set in. She could have easily asked for another staff member to check price. She then informed me that someone had probably put shoe in wrong place. I went back to shoe section & brang the stand & price back to prove I was right, not good service & she still didn't care

The store itself is pretty good. Usually has what we need. The actual carpark and access driveways are in terrible condition with potholes.

I was very disappointed with my experience in store today. The staff member was very uninterested and unhelpful. I went in for two pairs of shoes for my son who has wide feet and needs lots of support. The shoes he brought out were were too tight and hurt my son, the staff member told me that we’d have to get used to that and offered no alternatives… like it’s normal for shoes to hurt?
Needless to say we left. Went to athletes foot where we received amazing service and spent $238. Which apparently rebel sport don’t need.

Shocking customer service.
Turned up right on closing time (not that 7pm is late for late night shopping) & was turned away, even though there were customers inside & I knew exactly what I needed & where it was located in the store. Yes the store was closing, but they didn't even care, lucky for them I was not about to buy a $1k bike or something, not that it should matter

Nice sporting goods shop. Well stocked with everything you need. The staff was well informed, with a good understanding of what’s being sold. One less star because of the lack of staff. 10 min.wait for someone who knew the specifics on a product. Otherwise, a great local shop.
