My wife and I bought a pair of shoes each from Rebel Cannon Hill today. We just wanted to acknowledge the great service we received from Mary. She was very helpful in providing us with the information and advice we needed to make the right choice. She was very patient, knowledgeable and friendly, thanks so much Mary!

Not the best customer service. I asked for a size on a pair of shoes, the guy goes in to "look for them" but never comes back out. Someone else goes to "look", then he comes back and said he went to look for the guy not for the shoes. A different guy goes to look for the size then brings US size. Wasted time waiting for service. I found I size myself from the boxes outside, tried them and bought them.

Pretty efficient and in stock. Click and collect is good however you will need to get the staffs attention as the waiting area for click n collect is the main serving desk.

I called to ask whether they have a specific ASICS shoes and the lovely gentleman found them and put them on hold for me! Thank you for a great customer service experience!

Selected the product and got the price match done. Too easy!

Purchased a treadmill, had to go to the loading dock to pick it up. The staff could barely bring themselves to give me short vague unintelligible directions. If you have a loading dock that's as difficult as a rubik's cube to get into, the least you could do is have some printout maps behind the counter and some staff with the professionalism to to spend literally 1 minute with people that have just spent over $1000. Your company policy that your staff will load it into a delivery van, but won't help the customer load their purchase onto a trailer.that's top customer service too. If you're going to sell large items, maybe you should invest in a walky stacker, both for WHS and customer service.

I went in to purchase a replacement basketball hoop and net, I could not find one instore so I asked a staff member, they checked the computer and said we had out back, I asked the price and said ok, team member said will arrange to get someone bring out to the counter, I paid and left all good. I get home and even tho the front of the box shows a net I realised the back says net not included! I was not told by the team member it didn't come with a net and could not check myself as it was stored outback and behind the counter. Not the end of the world but it dose mean another trip back to the store

Long time customer of this particular store.
Went in yesterday tried on some shoes to figure out there was 2 right innersoles in them.
Guy helping me then gets confused, puts what he thought were the right inner soles in them.
I get home put them on, to find out he gave me two left inner soles!
I call up, no apology.
I then head in wasting more of my time today, they give me completely different inner soles.
Tell me these are the ones that go in these shoes.
I say, well I bought them with and for these innersoles. I don't like the other ones in which I would not have purchased the shoes (which by now I have already worn bush walking).
They tell me I can 'purchase/buy a pair of inner soles for them.
Why should I need to purchase a pair of innersoles for a pair of shoes I just paid $220.00 for, for a mistake from your side?
So, in short, they will not give me the inner soles that they sent me home with, after making the mistake of putting the wrong innersoles in and also two left ones at that!
What horrible customer service.
I would not shop at cannon Hill Brisbane rebel sport ever after this.
Long time customer gone now and taking with me the family and partner. They just lost a lot of customers.
How silly. All for a mistake they made.

On another note, I called the customer service team and spoke to Leila.
Now that is great customer service Rebel. She should have a promotion.:)

Well staffed and stocked store, especially in regards to seasonal sport and toys. Only complaint was the wait to get served.

Found the shop well stocked only thing is my husband likes Under Armor shirts but not in his size 2XL can get but very rare

I was so happy to find the right shoe for my pained feet. The sales lady was amazing.more than amazing. She was kind, informative and accommodating. I am suffering from chronic foot pain and it's so hard getting the right shoe. I was grateful for knowledge and kind customer service.

Went to get a pair of shoes today. Was promised a discount. After a wait in line, I was told at the counter that no discount could be approved. Very awkward and frankly disappointing exchange.
Left with no new shoes.: (

Went elsewhere after waiting for >5mins for shoe fitting service (or acknowledgement from staff)

If your an into most sports Rebel is the place for all ages and most Sports.
Great range of upto the moment gear.
Covid compliant, real easy access, with helpful staff.
