Went to buy a pair of roller skates and met the most wonderful woman (salesperson) ever. Maria, thank you for helping me out and advising me, you've made my day.

So, you can go eyes close to this shop, they have a great variety of clothes and sport equipments, and they are extremely helpful and kind. I took a lot of Maria time to try a few roller skates and she helped me till I walked out of the store. Will definitely come again. Thank you:)

Bloke in the bombers shirt was very helpful picking out shoes. Shame he goes for a team that hasn’t won a final since 2004

Amazing attention, great variety of products. It's got it all. But their eftPOS are complete garbage. Nor my or my girlfriend's phone could pay with their eftPOS. Not giving 5 stars until that's fixed.

Rude customer service, no bag is available for customers. Show a heap of attitude and uses phrases like “its not my fault. ” shows disgust to other raced customers.highly dislike and dont recommend.

Bought a pair of Asics Nimbus 24 Platinum shoes today and Caleb was very helpful and friendly. He had an excellent repertoire of knowledge for shoes with fantastic service. He let me try multiple pairs of shoes to make sure I got the right pair. 10/10 customer service.

I bought a pair of Nike on Rebel website about 6 months ago and the material behind my heels ripped off in small holes. I got told by Rebel online to bring them back to my nearest store. This team member Ashton basically told me that the warranty (1 year for Rebel, 2 years for Nike) does not apply because I’ve been wearing those shoes everyday for 6 months, and that because according to him, when you wear shoes very often they slowly break down and that is normal (lol, then what’s the point of the 1 year warranty? What about if I had worn them once a week?). I’ve asked him if I could find this information on Rebel website, obviously not, so I reckon he made that up as an excuse. Then he got confused when he talked about those 6 months of use, and he said that the lady at the checkout, who told me that Rebel footwear warranty was one year, was wrong (she’s right). He clearly did not have a clue about Rebel footwear warranty, its conditions and did not even try to check if Rebel could fix them. Disastrous customer service.

Had brilliant customer service on two occasions by Caleb in Cairns Store.

Ive had issue with Soccer Boots and both times Caleb has dealt with it professionalism and great customer service.

Will always use Rebel for Soccer boots until i retire due to his service thanks!

This store must think that people have more money than sense. Totally bereft of priced items that are competitive and attractive in what, five years ago was a Mecca for sport and encouraged bargains and deals. Needs a good shake up and is a shame for such a prime location

I bought a faulty treadmill so my experience with them didn't start well but the store manager Josh then took over and looked after me to help me get a replacement, he was extremely helpful and very nice, this is the type of customer service we should have everywhere, I was very pleased with his service so I have more confidence buying from them now.

Bought a pair of ASICS after being measured up and while they seemed to fit well in store they were actually too big, which I learned after my first training session I did in them. I was unsure about what the return situation would be as they were used but I was sliding around in the shoes and I couldn't wear them, so I went back to the store and told them the situation. Without any hesitation they offered to swap for a smaller size. Now that is customer service! Big props to the twin brothers there for excellent customer service. That's how you build customer relationships and I'll be back when I need another pair or something else. Five stars!

The staff are always friendly and helpful. They have a great range of clothes and sports gear. A great place to shop.

I wasn't overly enthused the first time I visited this venue. However, I have been back a few times since and wowee, My initial opinion on the place has been completely reversed and then some!

As I entered the store I saw a bright, young man named Mark who had a huge grin written across his face (shame about the teeth Mark!). I came looking for an exercise trampoline and he directed me straight to where I needed to go. Sadly, they did not have exactly what I was looking for but I still left with hundreds of dollars worth of gear, I guess Mark's smooth talking really got to me!

Mark would make a great car salesmen, completely influenced my shopping experience! Well done Mark and Rebel Cairns team!

It’s not fun being followed from one end of the store to the other, I know the crime rate amongst indigenous youth has gone up, but not all of us steal and it ruins my day when I get passively judged and accused of something.

At least try to hide it, I know the retailers aren’t coincidentally folding and stacking stuff near me and basically following me from one end of the store to the other.

I get social anxiety, and I can tell when I’m being watched.

Overpriced and their rare sales are not worth it.

Better off shopping elsewhere where you actually get a range to chose from. Very disappointed

Amazingly clean store, products across the range of sports wear, gear and equipment. Knowledgeable, helpful, cheerful staff.

I can’t speak higher of the staff here! They are so incredibly helpful! I recently bought an exercise bike and a boxing bag set up and the bike whilst building it came across a small hiccup and the team at rebel in cairns (Michael and Maddison) went above and beyond to help me out. Arranged a replacement and delivery in 48 hours.

Absolutely amazing service. Keep doing what you’re doing guys.
