Waited for 10 minutes while the customer in front bought about 50 gift cards. Team member didn't once think to get another member of staff to the counter.
Left my purchase and left the store.

It's a shame this place is no longer an Amart All Sports as Amart was a lot cheaper than Rebel. Rebel is just a rip off

Good service, willing to check out items on computer. The lady who served me was very helpful and understood what I wanted. A very pleasant experience.

Took a very long time to get assistance. Given that I was shopping for a new pair of sneakers, assisting myself was not an option. Eventually had to 'rudely' impose myself on a sales person to get help. The lad was helpful enough but I'm not keen on dropping over $300 on a pair of shoes in a shop that didnt seem to want it.

I was served by a true blue Aussie named Jack Mason, he's obviously a young talent and a top notch bloke. He provided me with quality customer service, always polite and patient while dealing with my old sense of humour. We exchanged stories of chasing down bush tucker in the outskirts of Alice Springs, all while looking for a new pair of thongs to suit my outback living.

AJ great customer service will price match. Joel is a backstabber dobbed in his coworker. Bad choice Joel. Large selection of sporting goods.

We had a wonderful shopping experience on Saturday, attended to by highly professional staff member Joel. Joel really knew his product and was able to direct us to the right choice. Well done Joel and well done Rebel Burleigh. We will definitely be back.

Good stock, but the service we received was terrible. The staff member who served us had no product knowledge & kept bringing out the wrong shoes (not even the right brand) and was just generally useless & unhelpful.

Great service, friendly staff, great range of QUEENSLAND State Of Origin gear, and become a Amart Sports member.

Helpful but didn't have my product in stock. They did give me advice on where else to try to find my product.
