Went there to look at and do a bit of research on a Garmin Forerunner 55. Salesman by the name of Kris was absolutely brilliant. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Due to his assistance, I purchased one. He assisted with everything, from downloading the app for the device, syncing it up with my phone, and a very thorough run through of the abilities of the Garmin. He alone is the reason for the 5 stars.

Great Service Called about an item in stock and they did a visual check and also mentioned a second option. Later when in store cashier asked about fit to make sure I had right sizing. BEST service- will shop again as first choice and recommend to friends.

I was after a pair of runners and Christopher at Rebel Bundaberg asked questions and importantly listened to my answers, as a result he recommended a pair of shoes that fit perfectly from the first wearing, something that is quite rare for my foot shape. Excellent service.

Nice light and bright store with lots of fitness, sport and workout items available. Parking is free and easy. Staff are helpful and always available. Look out for clothing specials.

Helpful and friendly staff nothing really to complain about apart from them not having WHISTLES that I really wanted and was advertised on their WEBSITE as been "in stock" when they really aren't!

Wanted some WHISTLES but when I asked some of the staff members she and he said " what evers on the rack is what's there"

Brought new sneakers! Warm welcome when i walked in, First staff member i saw met me halfway and asked if she could assist me. Chelsea did an excellent job and reccomended the right sneakers for the activities I listed.

For me I only like Nike most of all. Limited selection compared to other brands for men. Nothing to chose from for basketball shoes. Hardly any Nike socks.

Very healpfull staff good prices, and helped me to my car as I have back problems. Would go no where else. 5 stars.

Long had i awaited rebel to come to bundy (yes its been here a little while now) this place have everything sport you can ask for. And the employees are extremely helpful.

There is an air hockey table, foosball and table tennis to try out in store. I am still waiting on one of them to accept my challenge to these

It was OK I dont have much to say vai7t it it's basically your average sports store. Not a big fan of memberships at all though overall its a place to get something and get out

Need more then just the 3 QLD merchandise for NRL. But that is typical with all sports stores in Qld.

The staff helped me pick out the shoes that u wanted and was very honest about their product would recommend buying sports gear and other equipment fir this store.

Poor ticketing price, item priced incorrectly in store and would not follow through with the ticketed price, said that they would match lowest price online, if that was the case I would of went elsewhere, Rebel has lost my business and plenty more from others I know, this item was marked at one price on the shelf but higher in the system and at no time asking staff questions about this item was I told the ticketing price was wrong. Bad service from all round including management. Never going back.
