Very disappointed with the quality of customer service. Went in looking for runners, stared at the wall for 5-10 minutes before anyone came over to assist. The girl was not in uniform and asked me what i wanted. Got me the size shoes i requested and proceeded to talk with her co-workers and kick a footy around in the store with one of the other boys. Still proceeded to chuck a footy behind me whilst i sat on the seat and organised the shoes back into their boxes after trying them on. Continually big noted herself and talked rudely to the new staff member at the till. Ended up buying the shoes and left feeling very annoyed and sorry for the new staff member.

Unbelievably rude staff, I went in to ask if the store had dvd based on exercising but the two women in the store floor completly subbed me off with short answers also I was hoping to seek assistance from the staff and stood there for about five minutes and no one offered to assist me but instead decided gossiping between the staff was the better solution rather than serving customers. I was intending to buy from the store, but decided to go to Kmart instead.

Has anyone else looked at the ladies on the wall and considered it they have all had their lips photoshopped to be exactly the same.or is it just me. Strange, very strange.

Customer services was amazing by both Jack and Brendon. Jack knew all the products and their best features and Brendon was very helpful at the counter and explaining the return policy.

I was struggling to find the store but When I got there whata hospitality rebel is different u can get in the store what ever you want the price is not that expensive. They are all champions. Tnx

A large variety of active wear for sports and other outdoor activities. The location is in the perfect spot for easy access and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

1. All Polo shirts material VER VERY VERY LOW QUALITY and can be found in Kmart, Target, BigW (exactly same material). And the funny is rebel prices very expensive.why? Polo shirt with the low quality material doesn't cost few dollars and sales very high.
2.sports pants you find it very tight or just for tall people.they don't consider there is short clients looking for suitable sizes.and also the prices is very high + all sport pant pockets very small.
3.sport shoes the same stock forever.
I start buy all sport clothes online from Asia China Taiwan India Vietnam, its where you can find high quality sport stuff and reasonable prices.

All the Rebel stores across Australia are supposed to do the price match for customers and it is part of their policy.

However, a staff member/owner at this store in Queens Street denied to price match!

So, I request my fellow customers to bring up the policy on your mobile or an electronic gadget and show it to the staff members if they deny to price match the products for you.

Came with a baby in a carrier, looking to buy sneakers, found the ones I like and asked for help to get the right size. The person I asked said they'd be back shortly and disappeared never to come back. All others were just as "busy" somewhere at the back. Frustrated, waiting for well over 20 min with a little Bub I just left, through an empty store like there's some plague happening. When staff is "busy" with everything else except servicing customers it's not a good store.

Happy to help and friendly fun staff, great products, found everything I needed in the one store.

I was on a blind hunt for touch footy shoes for my boss’s daughter. Tyson and another of his colleagues were extremely helpful with talking me through the difference in sizing and product types and even agreed to speak with my boss over the phone which was extremely helpful. An absolute great help! Thank you Tyson and his colleagues who assisted me in the process! You’re doing a great job.

It pretty good rebelthere just something missing. Like more of the broncos of Brisbane gear maybe

Good selection of sporting goods and clothing.
Sometimes difficult to find staff to assist.

The clothing is way over priced. You can find cheaper elsewhere or online.

I am starting a circus and i asked about a trapeze but they told me they have no trapeze so i bought a ball. It's in my neighbors yard now and i can't get it back because they are short and speak very little english.

Great selection of sporting goods. Excellent service. Actually this is the second Rebel store I have been into where there are staff just waiting to assist me. Very happy with the service.

Big Rebel shop in the CBD. Recommend checking website before going there if you're looking for something very specific.

Really inpressed with the level of service in this store. Very polite and professional. Can be hard to get good service in many retail stores but I have never had a bad experience in this store, which I frequent often.

Went to go get my ball pumped where I bought the ball from and started getting all these questions and attitude. I just want my ball pumped kids at desks, that’s what u get

For me, as a not young person, this store is too much shop floor acerage and not quite enough help from staff. But I have no doubt that for young people this is a very good store.
