Last evening, I was passing down Burnett Lane to find that Rebel Sport had thrown away dozens of football boots and other gear that they had not been able to sell at sale price. Disgusting to see so many products ruined by a boxcutter knife and then disposed of into landfill in plain sight. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Rory offered top service and advice for my purchase of new runners. Recommend this Rebel store way more than other store in Queen Street Mall

Really bad shopping experience, if there’s zero star rating, I definitely would give it zero star. The staff inside are arrogant and have a particularly bad attitude towards customers. The price system on the computer does not match the actual product label. Really big difference between the big rebel near that on level one.

Though the staff was helpful, they are a profit hungry store, to make you buy a new set of laces for your new shoes. I had by mistake damaged the original ones and went to return it the same day, not very customer friendly experience

I'm a person who uses your store often. I just bought something from your store, and the female employee at the front desk didn't smile and his way of talking was so unfriendly that I felt bad even after spending money. I think the manager said that the female employee should be trained first and that her name is Ashley?

I had also bought a pair of trainers in their sister shop in the Mall and they were also professional and informative.
Wear those shoes every day and walk 6 to 10 kms. Sooooo good so thank you

Ok but it was impossible to find staff to help you or know what there talking about but I guess that's what you have to put up with seeing the young staff they all seem to hire

I definitely prefer the other rebel store in the mall though if you're after specific sizing in apparel this one seems to have a better range.
Staff here aren't really interested in helping, seems they are more interested in chatting to their friends than making a sale.

Awesome variety of everything friendly staff whom help to the best of their absolute best. No1 Rebels in the city I think I shop down their all the time now! Downfall is the steps lol walking down them is ok but walking back up them oh my goodness
