Very poor experience dealing with Murtaza (Taza). Would avoid trying to sell your property with him at all costs.

As a real estate agent, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, honesty and trustworthiness is paramount. Unfortunately Avi & his team has none of these qualities they lie, breach and are money hungry grubs. If you want a nightmare where nothing will be fixed and they come an go as they please without sending the proper paperwork and treat you like your nothing because your a female then this real estate is for you. I wish there was a 0 rating.

We applied for a property, did follow up calls regarding property, no one called us back. Tried to call them again, number is disconnected. Property apparently now leased, no notification or any common decency to let us know that our application was unsuccessful! Disgraceful!
Update:
Tried to call the office number to "discuss my concerns" as requested by the owners response, phone is DISCONNECTED!

I would like to give a Big Shout out to Avi Kumar and the staff at Realty Max for all the help they have given us in finding a place for us to rent. It is very hard to find a place at the moment to rent considering how many people are looking for rental accommodation. A special mention to the lovely Joelene, who always has a smile every time I call to check if they have anything available when we were looking for a place. Nothing is too hard for her and she always greets you with a smile. Also to Hope for sparing her time on Saturday to show us the place when it was her day off. Thank you ALL for your help.
