This ‘agency’ doesn’t even deserve one star. House wasn’t even bond cleaned when we moved in. They are liars and there’s a reason all their agents leave. The principal is nasty & unprofessional. They tried to charge me for things that were missing when I moved in. Ended up going to mediation with the RTA as they were trying to claim bond for gardening TEN DAYS after we had moved out. Do not rent with them, they should be on ACA.

Completely agree - 100% - of all the other bad reviews. This agency should not exist and they should shut down as there is zero customer service, zero recording management, zero responsibility, zero respect and zero communication.
Horrific communication with them, they never answered a question properly, extremely rude, emails that did not make sense, claiming numerous things that I shouldn't have to do, like replacement, cleaning, which I was not responsible for, as it already existed in the apartment. I had to reprove by providing evidence I sent 2 years ago, as they didnt have it on their records. No Entry Report recording, no Exist Report. They demand, they don't inform or communicate, or negotiate things. I have been treated to have rent charged, even after leaving the apartment, returned keys, and agreement ended.
They accused me for things I have not done, charged for things I did not own and refused to check information or provide proper information as they are "too busy" and did not have time for it.  DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THEM!

This company is a disgrace. It should simply not exist. The property manager is the worst human being I have ever dealt with and is the most vile and hate filled person with absolutely not idea on real estate or customer service, regardless of what she claims. I hope nobody ever conduct business with this circus.

I was a tenant of Realty Power. This business really deserve more good ratings. Edel and the team very attentive, accommodating, and always act fast whenever problem occur. Helped me throughout the beginning of pandemic and made things worked out for both. Initially they might not look very welcoming but they made things easier than it should. Thanks!

Agent Shar Dalziel Arrogant Was Late to Viewings Extremely Rude Judgmental Towards my Family. Lies to People To Waste Their Time Viewing Properties With her. Stating Looking to Sign Lease that day Made Huge trip to view she Then Rejected The Application Stating she Was processing it no References were Contacted Whatsoever. Then Still Emailed property Viewing Times Gave to Another Person. Very Dishonest Discriminative We Are Good People With Excellent Rental History.

Totally agree with all the other bad reviews about this agent, I would rate them 0 or – if it’s possible, they are well known for false accusation as others has experienced. We received the town house in 94/19 Karina peak drive in bad condition and we left the town house in a really good one but the claimed that the house was not clean and hired external cleaner which they tried to get us to pay.
We had to go to QCAT (file reference T995/21) and the judge ruled that the property did not need extra cleaning. Unfortunately, we had to pay for the days that passed until the new tenant moved in as we weren't aware that was on the lease when breaking it. Edel has no ethics, she was making unfounded comments in the hearing to which the adjudicator asked for evidence and since she had none she had to leave it at that.

I have been renting through realty power since 04 of December 2020 I have had so many problems with them I reported a leaking bathtub a week after I moved in and now not even 6 months of being in the the roof under the bathtub has caved in and I have reported it to them and they have refused to fix anything and they sent me a email saying "that will let me move out without penalty". Now they want to charge me a week's rent and other fees Plus keep paying rent till that find someone to move in

Key broad warriors, quick to write someone off leads to this firm being written off. Disappointing. Need to work on reality.

Absolutely pathetic company and horrid staff, witches inside and out.broken dishwasher for the entirety of the tenancy, on leaving -after 3 days of extensive cleaning, carpets and pest control completed- they send a bill for the entirety of the rental bond.cant wait to sue these scam artists, any other complainants please feel free to contact me with details.the more the merrier, together we can have their real estate licences revoked. And sink their company completely.if your already stuck with them, make sure you apply for your bond refund first before they do.
