Realtime Flowers Brisbane

Simply great service, good product, and reasonable prices. They have the best invoicing system I've come accross- it's very easy to follow and you always know where you're at. On the rare occasion there is a problem with stock- getting a refund is a hassle free process.

We placed our first and last order with realtime flowers 9 weeks ago for a wedding. I received one phone call the day before collecting my flowers, which I missed because I was working, I then tried to call back to see why they had called me and she then told me Le-anne would call back, she never did. Instead I received an email later that night stating that half my wedding order wasn't there, no apology or explanation, simply " No king protea, No banksia, etc etc" then finishes the email with, "The rest should be fine" SHOULD? !? The reason we placed orders months in advance is so we are guaranteed the stock right? I had to call around to many other wholesalers the day of collecting to find what I needed, Which we did! So your excuse of (its not in season) doesn't apply. And lastly your customer service is atrocious, we made one last call this morning to at least attempt to collect half of the order, but then you told us that you didn't have any of that stock either! What an actual joke! I had to frantically go around and try find all of my stock. You think you could of emailed us weeks earlier to let us know, not the day before! Not to mention I even emailed you a week prior to collecting to double check if everything was ok and you did not respond!

I have been a florist since 1997, and I received local red roses that made my jaw drop. Scented, fresh, and the biggest heads I have ever seen. Bigger than any Columbian I have purchased. Just amazing.

I love this place, staff are so kind and they’re very friendly, always willing to help out even offered to take my flowers to my car. I always go there when I have special occasions, they’re the best

A busy wholesale and retail flower market on Brisbane's south side. Very friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of parking and easy access for those shoppers with restricted mobility.

I bought my Roses for Valentine's Day through Realtime, last year. They were beautiful. So I bought from them again this year. All fresh and beautiful. Nothing 3 weeks old from Columbia there! All packed well, no bruising. Thanks - and see you for Mother's Day! Jen
