I must admit, I don't think I got great results from Reach Local. However I have had to change my rating due to the way they have since addressed my concerns.
Dearne has spent quite a bit of time following up my issues and trying to rectify them. Unfortunately by this stage it was a little late to improve my campaigns, but I am happy with the resolution she was able to provide.
