RAW IRON

Felt anxious about joining at first, but I should not have worried at all. Very supportive and friendly gang at Raw Iron.
Coaches are absolute legends and they constantly give individual advice to help improve techniques and build strength. Scaled workouts to suit any ability.
Working as a Dr it was hard to find something to stay active and be able to attend regularly - the many available classes makes this possible.
Would not hesitate to recommend RI to anyone!

Ps. The way the corona lockdown was handled really demonstrated the strong positive ethos of the place. Daily workouts were posted and equipment was lent out for free. Strong.

I have been training in quite few different Crossfit gyms in Europe, SE Asia, Russia and now in Australia but Raw Iron is the biggest of them all and which is more important for me great community. As equipment designer I'm quite picky for equipment and the setup in Raw Iron is fantastic with the best equipment. Always great atmosphere during the WOD, highly recommended ️

Been in this crossfit gym for nearly 2 years now. Friendly workout mates, cool coaches and lots of fun every time. Always looking forward for a new session every time. Learn a lot of lifting techniques ‍️‍️‍️

Raw Iron is the place for Crossfit on the Gold Coast. Coach Aaron is extremely knowledgeable. The atmosphere of the gym is fantastic this is a true community that looks after each other as family.

The best coaches as they are phenomenal and the best Crossfit Gym on the Gold Coast with friendly Crossfit members of all ages. Great close knit community. Coaches are super knowledgeable and supportive and most importantly they make it fun and challenging while you work hard. So happy I found CFRI. Without a doubt one of the most friendliest Crossfit Boxes on the Gold Coast. Coaching Staff are fantastic and the community spirit is something very special. Stop thinking that you have to get fit to start at Crossfit, as the journey to fitness starts when you take your first steps!

Coaches are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The gym has an amazing atmosphere and everyone makes you feel welcome. In my 8 years of training I’ve never found a gym like this. A+

Raw Iron is an amazing gym. I love the programming, the coaches and the people. I was new to cross fit but had been going to the gym for ages - the coaches have been so patient and really take the time to teach you the proper technique. The gym itself is awesome with really great (and loads of) equipment. If you are thinking of giving cross fit I try - you have to check out Raw Iron. I am so glad that I did!

Very welcoming to all levels of ability. Could not do a push-up, pull up and had no clue on how to lift weights.so don’t be afraid, they (Rowena and Aaron) are super patient and friendly and everyone, althletes and trainers all make you feel welcome.lost 15 kg and gained a ton of muscle and friends which for an old fart like me is pretty damn nice.highly recommended!
