Raw Challenge Gold Coast

What a great event.
Having music pumping while your challenging yourself makes the whole thing feel like a festival! Yeow I'll be back!

Pretty sure I have done the course 6 times, better each time! ’ Beautiful part of the world to get some exercise in!

Lots of wet, muddy sloppy fun for all ages and fitness levels. We had a fabulous time, but watch the cold shower at the end!

Painful, smells awful, covered in mud, dirty water, banged up, scratches and sunburn.

Oh there’s also 9km of hills and 61 obstacles.

10/10 will be doing it again.

What an experience! Regardless of fitness level, I highly recommend doing the Raw Challenge! And the hosts were very accommodating! Thanks for an awesome morning

Iv run aswell as volunteer with this mob, entry level is great and even for experienced racers still offers a good amount of skill to practice.

Raw challenge is great fun! Have done it a number of times now! The staff are great, the course is great and is suitable for all levels of fitness

Harder than I thought! Heaps and heaps on water and mud.
DONT take any thing with you! Especially phones. Everything gets wet.

Are you ready to give yourself a real challenge in fitness and have a great fun time. Then get into this, beautiful countryside, great owners and all staff well drilled in there roles. Just enjoy your day.

This is a great local obstacle race. Good distance. Fun obstacles. Love the big slide the most. Definitely worth doing. I've completed 3 now and enjoyed every one.

Was great to do. But for watcher and photographer of teams was hard to get around and no maps given out.

There's lot's of obstacle courses around these days but RAW is the most fun. It has some big and small obstacles, some hard and some easy obstacles you just do what you can no pressure, all you have to did is have fun

Pretty average.

Lack of facilities and more importantly, medical staff.

I broke my leg is 3 places in a mudpit. It took 10min to flag down an employee to take me back to medical, half a dozen people of quad's drove straight past.

This was the most painful thing I have ever experienced in my life, my leg had blown up like a balloon and I distinctly heard the bones break. But, how can you argue with a 21y.o paramedic trainee saying "she'll be right, you just sprained it big guy". Only pain relief on offer- Panadol.

Would not go back, it just doesn't have the atmosphere/facilities of True Grit or Tough Mudder.

Wicked Muddy Fun for pretty much all fitness abilities, if you don't mind getting or asking for a hand on a few of the harder ones, or walk around them.

Not that challenging, good for a bit of fun. Be prepared that some of the mud is pure cow manure!

With new obstacles and more of them this is a great little obstacle race both for beginners to elites. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing time at raw challenge. It was my first time and I had an absolute blast! Highly recommend for all so long as you're OK to get a little dirty!
