I've worked with Ranking Co for almost a year now. I never do reviews, but! I want to share how happy I am having Maddie run our accounts in recent months. I had a great experience with the Google Ads service. The setup process was easy and the customer support team was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process. The targeting options and metrics provided allowed me to effectively reach my desired audience and track the performance of my campaigns. I've seen a significant increase in website traffic and conversions since using the service. Overall, I highly recommend the Google Ads service to anyone looking to improve their online advertising efforts.

2 days into my Google Smart Campaign I got a call from RankingCo to tell me I'd be much better off with a custom campaign from them. My smart campaign had already created a conversion for me. After 5 weeks of RankingCo's campaign I also had 1 conversion.

I'd apparently agreed to RankingCo's terms and conditions while I was on the phone talking to their salesman, he emailed it to me while we talked - to be fair he did mention 30 day cool down - but said we'd be laughing about my concerns in a few months cos my sales would be through the roof. I had also apparently agreed to RankingCo taking direct deposits from my account so I don't get much say in the 'cooldown' period. I really have no idea how they can justify this when I'd also paid a bulk start-up fee?

I decided it wasn't working for me so I cancelled about 5 weeks in. Total spent so far on 1 conversion = $1376 (and counting)

They knew I was a small business and possibly knew I wouldn't last long so they milked me while the milking was good. Maybe I didn't spend enough per day but all I can think is - Why did I have a conversion 2 days into my smart campaign and why did it take RankingCo 5 weeks to get me the same result?

The people there were very nice but I don't think I was a big enough customer for them to want to spend much time/attention on. I confirmed some keywords and all I can see they did for me was add/delete keywords but when I talked to them about location/target audience etc they only said I wasn't spending enough to be Australia wide.

Accolades on homepage are questionable; I couldn't find any confirmation of some of the awards they were boasting - I don't want to say they didn't win a Stevie award but I couldn't confirm it.

RankingCo told me some people spend $200 a day on their ad campaigns! I ended up assuming we had different definitions of small business. My advice would be go with a smart campaign which is very easy and free (apart from Google cost per click fees).

RankingCo are professionals in every possible way.

Their input and changes to the digital marketing of my business has been massive.

As a business owner, it's so comforting knowing my brand is in their capable hands, because I know they care just as much about the success and growth of the business as much as I do.

I've used other well known marketing companies in the past but would have to wait at-least a week for even a simple response or action. RankingCo have outstanding customer service and nothing is ever too much of a hassle.

Being an online homewares business I was concerned with letting someone else take over my marketing but the team have been brilliant and gone above and beyond for me.
