Miss Ella is the best! She is a very patient and knowledgeable teacher who makes it as easy as possible to learn. The premises are well maintained and it’s a pleasure to attend.

A great swimming school filled with an attentive, accommodating and friendly team. Definitely worth recommending.

Needed to have a shower after work before heading to the gym. Came to this swimming pool to kindly ask if I could use their shower (offered to pay)
Straight up no.without even checking if there was a free shower.
No I'm not a member and I don't swim there. But just a 3 minute shower really it's too much to ask.

My little one has been coming here for years. The teachers and staff have always been friendly and caring. My little one has learnt to swim so well and been taught some wonderful skills to keep her safe. The new loyalty program is a great idea. The outside of the venue needs an uplift with a coat of paint to be more enticing and the female bathroom needs an upgrade as looking tired & old. The shower is a constant problem with lack of water pressure or the hot water tap not working.

I can’t recommend this swimming school enough.
They really go out of their way to do what’s best for the children they teach. For example my son was initially in a group lesson but the stuff recognised he would learn more in a private lesson. His teacher, Ashley is fantastic. She is incredibly patient with him and always keeps him on track. I’m so pleased with this swim school.

Excellent swim school, indoors and heated all year round. Great programme where kids can see their progression through the levels. Staff willing to provide feedback when requested and children's progress regularly assessed by supervisor. Friendly staff at front desk. Highly recommended.

My 3 and 5 year old both do weekly swim lessons at Robina and it’s fab being just around the corner from home plus finding a time to suit where both kids are swimming at the same time has been awesome, front desk is always friendly and helpful and swim instructors do a great job esp when at this age children’s attention span is short.

We have been attending this swimming school since March 2019. We originally contacted Rackley and went for a trial lesson. On that day we had been told that a certain day and time was available, which is why I went their. When we got their, this was no longer available, however this was fine we booked him in for a different day and time, I let that slide. Since we started there have been multiple time changes to his lessons and generally we were notified by a booking change in their internal system I would assume, however we turned up to a lesson 30 mins late as there was no notification, only to be told that they notified the person who brought him the week before which in fact wasnt the truth. We have not once asked for a catch up lesson for any lesson we have missed, we have simply paid Rackley every month by Direct Debit. On the 2nd Jan I emailed to cancel my sons swimming lessons as we were moving suburbs and we needed to see what school would be closer for us. A response was received which went to spam with a cancellation form for me to complete, as I had already cancelled in writing and not received a copy of the contract then I was sure I was covered, only to receive a phone call a month after cancelling wondering where my son was, mind you this is the only call I have received since cancelling, had they of followed their own procedure I would of been aware of any issues sooner. The new manager was extremely rude which in turn made me react rudely as well, he spoke over the top of a customer and continued to refer to terms and conditions to which I have never received a copy. In the end I hung up as I was getting no where. I liked the teachers at Rackley but would never take any of my children back for swimming lessons for the way I have been treated.

Seem to have very little care for their customers. After moving my child up early to the next level they couldn’t provide a class on the day we normally go, as it’s the only day my husband and I both don’t work. Had to go to a class that the day didn’t really work and the time was inconvenient. My child went from enjoying her lessons to hating them. When I cancelled I was told I needed to have cancelled 7days prior to the start of the month as they direct debit a month in advance and even though it was only just going into the new month they wouldn’t refund.
Found a much better swim school and my child is loving it.

We have been attending this swim school every week for over 4 years and lately have been very disappointed in the schools newish management. It is very clear their priority Is to make as much money as they can instead of your child’s safety. They push children through classes way before they are ready just to free up spots and make more money. I understand every businesses prioty is to make money! My issue is when money is more important than safety and children are pathetically assessed for their ability and skill with a 4 minute assessment and then moved up to a higher level when they clearly weren’t ready, might I also add how rudely a management staff member splashed water in young children’s faces because they weren’t paying attention to her instructions (because she was yelling at them from a side line, not getting in the pool herself). Over so many years attending the swim school, I have watched the process how a child progresses into a higher level, to be honest managements qualification to be able to access children swimming ability should be revoked or they actually get in the pool and swim with them for more than 4 minutes! On a positive Reception team members and regular swim Coaches that have been there for a long time are amazing, so they deserve the star review. New Management completely lets the business down. If they ever leave, promoting this would be beneficial, I know of many people who would return to this school.

They first charged me more than it should be. I had to made three calls to get it sorted. Then I was not told about makeup class expires in two weeks, I wasted at least three classes. When I called to book a makeup class, their manager gave me a lecture in a very unprofessional manner. Worst of all, one of the instructor left my child almost drowned. I won't recommend to anyone.

I've been coming here with my 2 kids, 4 & 6. For about a month now. Late, the manager, it's very friendly and accommodating. They have been very flexible with lesson changes as we find our feet here. From the changes we've had a few teachers and they all seem knowledgeable and passionate about the kids. My kids are improving every week and love coming. I think it's good they don't use flotation aids as the process is much faster versus their old swimming school in Brisbane.
