I brought my kid for a trial swim lesson and found the facility to be well looked after, courteous and welcoming staff despite how busy they were today on a weekend. A special mention of Katelyn and Sam on their professional attitude.

Unfortunatley Jackie on front reception ruins this swim school for Rackley's. Extremely dismissive and unhelpful when needing to switch switch swimming days or book makeups (as noted from other parents in other reviews). Rackley swimming should take her poor attitude very serious or many more families will be forced to leave. I will not be back with both my daughter and son in the future, will be taking my business elsewhere.

Katelyn the swim teacher is excellent and I wish we could continue with her as she is fantastic with kids however Jackie has ruined this for our family.

My son came to Rackleys Miami for school swimming and when asked his name by instructor Kerry he was told to “Get a different name”. He came home from school so upset! He does not want to return to school swimming and have to be bullied by an adult. Such disgusting behaviour!

I can not fault the swimming teachers.
But today I had the most rude woman named jackie at the front desk (not the swimming teacher) We have recently joined up and there was a confusion regarding make up days as there system was not recording properly. She belittled me and spoke down to me when I insisted I did have make up days and I had called every time to cancel and even waited on hold for up to 30 minutes and was told there would be a make up class.
I suffer with chronic pain, anxiety and depression and have left the center in tears. There is never a need to be rude to someone you have no idea what there going through. I suggest considering looking into your customer service.

My son was at another swim school for two years a hardly progressed at all, started to think swimming just wasn’t going to be his thing. Six weeks at this swim school he can put his head under swim without being held and has gone up to levels. So so happy

Wow! These guys are amazing. My little guy has only had about 5 lessons and he is already swimming like a champion! Thank you so much

We finished our session and still charging their fees. Dissatisfied after years of having 2 kids at swimming lessons. Will propose to my friends to avoid this school. I have a lot of friends.

Sometimes the water in the pool smells bad, after that you must take a shower with shower gel and wash your swimsuit and a towel in the washing machine at home.

And sometimes the water doesn't smell.

At the beginning of class, my son was so happy to learn to swim that the smelly water didn't matter.

When my son and I first came to this pool, we were delighted, right after the first free lesson we signed up to go every week. The first three paid lessons were great, my son did not want to get out of the pool, and then something went wrong, the teacher changed, for the next month and a half my son does not even want to get into the water. I was offered different days, a different schedule, but it did not suit me, and why should I change my schedule after their teacher changes?

At the first entrance, computers have scans where you need to scan your entrance card, then these scans did not work several times and you had to delay for the staff to do it manually, plus there is a stand with chupachups and the kids start whining and asking for chupachups, this moment is very repulsive.

The service is brilliant, but they often don't understand me, and they just smile back. I hope you understand now what I am writing here. And also I do not advise you to bring your children here if you are not originally from Australia. They just won't listen to you.

When my son walked with his father or sister, the teacher praised him as it was good with them. Once when I again talked with the managers about changing the teacher, I was offered not to go to the pool at all and make a cancellation, “excellent customer focus”. And I was also advised to cancel the payment in my personal Rackley account, but in my personal Rackley account every tab is empty, there is not even a payment history, and in my bank account I have charges from Aquatic Center. As a result, the cancellation form had to be done with the operator on the phone, and also to find out that there were two more lessons for which a refund could not be received.

Often out of soap in showers, staff seldom know what's going on, and can be arrogant I now go to this pool only for its location
