Customer service is not the best.
They will charge you for lessons you can't take (two weeks cancellation policy)

I've been taking my 2 boys swimming there since July 2022. I'm really impressed with the teachers and the facility. Staff are always friendly and available. Very happy with this swim school.

We take our baby to the under 6 month swim class here.
The teacher Jenny is absolutely wonderful with the babies.
She explains the reason behind everything they do in the class, and how it helps babies development.

Highly recommend

As you all know we have been going to the pool for 14 years, every morning I get up at the crack of dawn to exercise my troubled body. There was only a few hiccups until Rackley took it over, they have no regard for us old folks and we are under the impression that they don't want us there, don't get me wrong the water is warmer than when John Wallace had it that's were it stops they insist on pulling up the blinds that let the cold air in and as we are aware it is winter folks and the wind comes in those bloody windows, also there has been a dirty band aid in the showers for a week, we complain but this falls on deaf ears I do hope they improve or there will be a lot of people asking for their money back, rant over!
