Rackley Swimming Acacia Ridge

It is good swimming pool. 3 star is just because of poor management for swimming lesson. Some time they put 7,8 students in a class of 30 minutes. I can understand teacher can calling sick but they should have alternate options. 7,8 students in a mix class is not good option. I hope management will take this issue seriously.

I believe Rackley Swimming has issues with their online booking system so any parent looking to book for baby splash classes may be better off calling. I booked online and received email confirmation of my baby splash class as well as an sms reminder the day before. When I arrived however- I was told there was no instructor at the pool that day and no classes scheduled. When I got home I checked online and all my booked sessions had disappeared so I rebooked all the sessions and again received email confirmation and an sms reminder. However I was contacted today to be told that the sessions I had booked for were already fully booked and that I would need to book another day. I’ve opted to go elsewhere now so cannot comment on the classes themselves, just the booking process. If you’re looking to book here I would recommend calling!

EDIT: despite the response below I have not been contacted by anyone at Rackley Swimming to discuss the issues in their system. Today however, I have received further sms and email reminders about the baby splash class that I was told last week was fully booked! Last week I did notify the person who called me that I would be going elsewhere so it appears they have not taken my contact details off their list.

Very poor customer service when you call in sick they will not allow to cancel the lessons really disappointed

They have very good staff, friendly, kind, my son really likes it there

When enquired admin informed us that our child will have the same teacher but every time we went it was a different teacher and they cancelled and only informed us 2 hour before the lesson, only twice did we have the same teacher and that teacher was great, others did not know how to teach our child.my partner even went there to change swimming lesson times to have the same teacher and they confirmed that it has been changed but just in case I had to call and make sure and admin said nothing was noted and they will book her in for that make up lesson. When I arrived she was not even on the list of students my daughter was not listed. We enrolled her in Acacia ridge because my family said the one near Redbank plains was good but it seems acacia ridge does not have the same standards.it is admin is not competent rather than the teachers not being competent. 1 star is because of admin but specifically the teacher you want for your child if just starting to learn how to swim is Sharne 5 stars for her

Great place, great people. Inconspicuous entry but a great place for swimming and parties.
