Starting swimming lessons for my 1yr old daughter. The swimming teachers are absolutely amazing. Start as soon as possible!

Excellent morning swim at a fantastic safe pool. Great staff always looking out for you while you're lapping.

Its absolutely wasting money, iam writing this review with evidence of videos form my sons swimm class.and they charge even if you are cancelled class.my son is under 10 years old.he is learning swimming from 3 years old in kings swimm Lutwyche, rackley swimming instructor i noticed every class she just stand and say " go, come" thats it.and funny is she never go in to the pool.standing on the edge.and talking phone or talking with other staff.my son attend only 3 calss but they charge for 7 class.

Water in the indoor pool is much too cold for older people, especially those with arthritis. Complaints go unheeded.

My daughter loves attending baby splash at Chermside. Provides her great exposure to water. Although the activities are repetitive it helps her get use to being in water.

After 20 minutes on hold drove to the complex and realised that staff hours is up to 4pm. While on hold the constant message is “our team members are currently in another call and you’re in a queue”. Triple disrespectful

Beautiful staff and service, no hassles, pretty flexible and easy to talk to. Teacher sings while teaching baby class, I had an amazing time during trials, have signed up already. Hopefully the experience will remain the same and everything will go nice.

Two of our mini humans are enrolled in the school and just love it!
Miss Ruby is the absolute best! She not only is a fun capable teacher but she has taken our family circumstances on board.our little blondie has responded beyond our expectations to the point today she even had to jump back in an hug Miss Ruby!
The bonus of being able to swim in the water park after is brilliant!

Don’t waste your money which is all they care about. If you can’t make a lesson (gave a weeks notice each time) they will still charge you and once you cancel you don’t get a refund on the classes you didn’t go to. They only offer “make up” sessions. Classes were boring and there’s no progression as you do the exact same thing every time and there’s also different teacher each time.

Had a couple of mix ups with payments at the very beginning but since then no problems. Our girls are learning to be confident and safe in the water. The instructors are firm and patient and consistent.

Our kids loved the swim school here. Helpful staff and easy to book lessons at affordable prices, overall very happy.

We absolutely loved the teachers, we did have a few over the year we attended, but they were all fabulous. Our toddler was very scared of the water initially and they never forced her to do anything. Always patient and gentle. We were so sad to leave as we were moving. Jess and Kaila, you were fabulous.

Fantastic swimming school. Everyone here is just fabulous. My son's teacher Tanya is awesome. She has quickly connected herself with my son and the kind of efforts she is putting on is really praiseworthy. Will recommend every one here for sure.

We took our 4-month baby for swim trial and it was a very bad experience. We booked the trial in advance over the phone, staff was absolutely useless, couldn’t explain anything and couldn’t answer any questions regarding the lesson or swimming classes in general. We turned up and pool was overcrowded, class was busy, rushed and overwhelming, our child got scared and cried during all lesson while instructor just carried on and did not help or assist at all! Facilities are dirty, babies’ classes ran in the furtherst corner from the change rooms, staff is unfriendly and incompetent. Absolutely terrible school who does not care for their customers. I would’ve rate it 0 star if I could.

Average indoor pool that tears up your feet if your in there regularly. Its okay if you get a good teacher which we had for a while, but when my child moved up to the next class she went though 3 teachers in a one month period and they got progressively worse and she was not developing there. Rackley refused to refund the prepaid month they had charged me for, and refused to transfer it to pool credit. After having a child in Rackley swimming for over 4 years now its exceptionally poor service.

There has been some nice staff members but there has been some pretty mean staff members and on a few accasions I had to solve some problems. Some staff members don't do their job propperly especially with the slides.

So many problems with the management of this swim school. Every few weeks I've got to sort out a problem with the office staff. From son being put in the wrong group, to teachers always changing, to class times being stuffed up, to incorrect charges on our account.not worth the hassle of frustration despite having a great teacher. If only I could give a 0.

My boys classes are on Mondays at 4.45pm and 5.15 pm. Due to some commitments my boys couldn't make it to the class so I called in to do a makeup. A guy took the call and instead of booking the makeup class on Saturday he moved the entire class to Saturday. He told me that the make up classes are scheduled on Saturday at 10.45 and 11.15am. Went for the class on Saturday and they said they can't find my boys bookings on the printouts they had infront of them. They couldn't log in the system and check coz all their syste was down. But I had taken down the coaches name for the makeup class. Went in for swimming, none of the boys appeared on the coaches list either. Talks to the manager of the day and she said someone will call me on Monday to do another makeup. No one has called me till today for the makeup lesson (8/11). When I went for Monday scheduled class there was no class for them as the class had been moved to Saturday. A guy tried to help and fix the blunder but couldn't coz the classes my boys were in was totally booked. They said they will call me on Tuesday 8/11 to resolve the issue. Have not received any calls so far. Pathetic customer service. Just take our money but services are pathetic. Will wait till the end of this week and ask for full refund of the classes coz of the stupidity of some people.
