I'm a size 12-14 went in for a bather tank top. Largest size a medium which I am. Was told by the sales person (who was I'm hoping pregnant) they have nothing in my size and it's the end of season and they don't have anything left for the larger size. I'm not fat but was fat shamed by a very rude woman. Avoid this place if your not a size 6-8
The dive location is bad. There are lost reef but dive master only bring us nearby sand. Moreover, quicksilver is more expansive than other company.
Not many options of havaianas and the store next door has many options. Prices not even the same for the same product.
I made a quick purchase here on a trip. I was amazed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Good on them.

The store has a wide offer, although not all you may need; however, that depends on the warm weather in Cairns. So, you won't find wetsuits, for example. Stuff is friendly and honest.
