8There’s unacceptable the bad service. In twice I went there the costumer services are very rude.
Staff walked past multiple times without offering any assistance or even a greeting. Dissapointed that there were no women's DC shoes. Based on what they had, apparently only men and boys wear skate shoes.
The male staff who has short spiky hair, late 30s to early 40s was extremely rude. Did not speak to me at all but spoke to another passing customer. Did not fold my purchase at all just stuffed it in my bag. Very disappointed in this as I am a regular customer at the shop

Not a satisfactory service by Andrew. Did not mutter one word when serving us with our purchase. After finalising the transaction, rudely handed the bag to us and did not provide a receipt. He had scrunched up the receipt and placed it in the bin and when questioned, his response was 'I didn't think you wanted the receipt! ' Regardless all receipts should be given to customers, and why would one assume we didn't want the receipt without prompting? Very unusual behaviour?
Look like a million bucks on the beach for a great price. Get the family some summer beach gear.

Bought a Roxy watch just over 12 months ago which was a display watch. Watch was always slow and losing time from new. After 6 months of this happening I took it to a watch repairer to get a new battery. Watch worked fine for a while then the slowness in the time started again. Watch was supposed to be taken back to a Quicksilver store for a new battery as I have now found out. Shame girl at the store didn't tell me this upon purchase. After a phone call to Quicksilver store lady told my husband to bring it into a Quicksilver store so after a holiday to the Gold Coast I did this. Watch was sent away and battery replaced again! After a phone call I made to the store 3 weeks later asking what is happening with my watch, well watch was there and waiting for me to pick up + a $43 fee for a new battery and I have to go pick up watch from the Gold Coast which is an hours drive. Not happy with the outcome! Won't be shopping with a Quicksilver or Roxy store again!
