Quick Fix Townsville - Computer & Phone Repairs

I don't remember the name of the fella that I dealt with but he was very speedy getting back to me with a quote. Provided two prices, a cheaper option with a bit of glue, and a more expensive option but a proper fixed. I went for the proper fix and I'm glad I did. Laptop is working mint, I'm using it to write this review.

If I'm dumb enough to break my phone or laptop again, I'll be back to Quick Fix for sure.

Excellent service from emailing (a bit after 10.30 am) them responding by 11.00am, to going to the Townsville City store to leaving my phone to it being repaired by 2pm!

Actual service was phenomenal, my computer is as good as new. A bit of confusion surrounding customer service and which number they should ring, but more than happy with the work they do.

He warned me about the screen maybe breaking after changing my battery. He didn’t mentioned that he didn’t t have a actual apple screen. After breaking my screen during the battery change, he changed it for an off market screen. Now every time I press my screen acts weird. When I said his to him he was rude and didn’t want to give me a refund for the screen. Would definitely not recommend.

Excellent service, got my iphone 8 battery replaced so I didn't have to buy a new phone. I messaged earlier in the week and he said to come in any time. I came in at opening time on Saturday morning and he had my phone replaced in 1 hour, very reasonable price too with a 6 month warranty, highly recommend
