My dance journey started many many years ago with Ambyr and Nerissa (the directors and lead instructors at QBA) My confidence and social circle has grown immensely in attending weekly bellydance classes. Not only is bellydance good physically, it is great for the mind as well and also opens you up to learning about new cultures through music and dance.
