QTCo have printed 2 different t-shirts designs for us. Both were extremely complex and intricate - we were beyond thrilled with the result. If you have anything out of the ordinary or a bit tricky.these are the guys for the job!

Do not waste your time. I approached these guys to get a sample dtg print on a denim jacket I had. I clearly outlined the positioning and where I wanted it, this even included a mockup with a picture of the graphic photoshopped on the jacket. They returned the jacket to me printed and hilariously off centre, I gave it back to them expecting a fix, but they told me the job they did was "within their tolerances". Please see pictures below off jacket print and email from their sales rep. They did agree to refund the cost of print but not to redo the job. If you don't really care where they print on your garment go it, but if you want a decent job done don't waste your time here I as did.

Always 5 star service from Petrina and Deb, competitive pricing and quick turnaround. Very flexible min order arrangements compared to the likes of Red Energy Promotions for example. We don't go anywhere else now, very happy with our service here, thank you ladies!

Horrible service. We have been with them for years and in the last few months they have continuously messed up orders. We recently ordered work shirts and asked to get the same as usual (continuously ordered for the past 3 years) they sent our invoice, we ok'ed it and didn't notice their mistake. Because of that they said they were void of any liability and blamed up for not notices their mistake on their invoice. They screen printed instead of embroidery and changed the colour or the print. They do not care about small business at all and they would not help us in any way. We were treated as if we are not important and didn't need our business. We are now going to support other small business who care about small business. If your a small business DO NOT SEE THESE guys

My experience with Queensland T-shirt Company was absolutely exceptional! I felt the need to share my experience as another company I originally used completely messed up my entire order. Thankfully I found this company and they put my order through immediately when I explained another company had let me down, and got them to me in time for my event! The prints were such great quality and not a single thing I can fault!
Will definitely be ordering from here again!

They have continued to mess up orders and they didn't care. They gave the impression they didn't need our business. If your a small business these guys are NOT for you

We used this company for a large order of T-shirt designs and never have we had such a terrible experience.
Firstly we supplied all our own branded Tees to be printed and had very specific quantities of each design we needed for what size. Not a single t-shirt was printed to the correct quantity we needed and some were simply not even printed.
Second we payed extra for the service of folding and packing our t-shirts back into their plastic slips ready for delivery. This was a joke. Some of the shirts are just scrunched up and thrown into the bag rather than being folded. Sent photos and requested a refund but no word back for months. Then during the heating phase they did not even bother to take our tags off the shirts (They are a simply rope design easily detachable) They let them get completely melted.
So not only did they demand payment before we had even seen the products and checked if all was correct they wouldn't even give us a refund for the lost quantities or packing hack job they done.

We ended up having to spend thousand on ordering the correct quantities through a new supplier and wages for repackaging the hundreds of products.

Stay far away from these guys there are plenty more suppliers in Brisbane who can do a reliable job and who actually care about the customer.

Petrina manages our work account and have found her super helpful with our last minute requests, getting art proofs AND her pricing through at the same time, accounting for a quicker turnaround. Response times alone are excellent, but pricing is also very competitive, I look forward to the day we can use QTCO.as a sole supplier (i'm working on it!).

Called and asked to speak to someone about colour options, extremely rude customer service, very dismissive. Was told they do not answer questions over the phone. Many other companies to choose from. Stay away.
