We purchased our oven from here, it was an easy transaction and they were happy to store it while we were getting the necessary wiring and water source done.

This store has plenty to look at and purchase from, can get lost in there like bunnings but for hospitality.

My favourite store, great range of products and helpful staff that know their job and products. Best of all they are open Saturday mornings.

I find myself to be frequently high maintance and Ellie exceed all expectations. A+

I often have been to QCC to purchase some restaurant products from there.
Mostly I could say the staffs are friendly and try to help customers find the products they are wanting.
However, I have got disappointed with the customer services as the older man who works there showed rude manners and he responded to my questions very disrespectfully. My experience there was very unpleasant.
I wouldn't recommend QCC.

Great customer service and extremely friendly staff! Although some of the products have lesser variety but those are definitely great quality goods.

The staff is trying hard to help, somehow this is the first time we buy things from them, and we get disappointed, ordered an item on the beginning of December to be delivered, we rang up on the 14th, been told it's in the system will resent to us on Monday, and until the Christmas is almost finished we still haven't got it, staff told us it's gone and only thing they can do is refund or reorder it. We like to support local and buy local, somehow this just force us to buy from eBay maybe will waste less of time.

Great, extensive range. Friendly staff. Some items are a little overpriced. Great quality hospitality supplies. Good parking right in front.
