Very helpful, local and should be supported by our community. Nothing was a problem. I had several A3 pages scanned to usb and printed for me also.

Went in to pick up some printing and waited and waited and waited while 4 staff chatted - then when someone eventually came to the counter (I was the only customer in the store) they were very rude to me. I am a graphic design student and was hoping to have a local printer that I would be able to work with in the future. I will not be using them now and looking for a new printer. Very disappointed.

Dear Q print, when I rang to inform you and raise issue with the unacceptably poor quality of product you sold me, your only response or reaction to this customer service opportunity was to say "thanks for the feedback" and end the conversation.
Well, here's some feedback for you - the review you deserve. Learn to stand behind your repeat customers, instead of your rubbish products.

Sue and the team at Q Signs and Print have done an amazing job on our business logo, vehicle inspection books, time sheets and job sheet books and business cards. Quick turn around and very professional. Highly Recommend.

I went down there today for the first time while I was heading over to officeworks to get some stuff printed and thought I would check it out. As a result I decided to get my stuff printed there and was very happy. I printed a 9 page document on colour with my own paper (was slightly thicker than normal A4 paper) and was really happy with the result. Just as good a job as officeworks if not better and closer saving me a 30min round trip so cheers for that.

I will 100% be using them from this point onwards. Also staff are really friendly.

Great service from Sue today. A very pleasant shopping experience and I now know where to come for all my printing needs.

Print Arana is great it’s one of the few places where you can get same day printing on business card and the staff are patient and friendly just got a business card a broschure set made which took a bit of time for them to re format because I used incorrect sizing but they took the time to make sure it all got back to a great professional look with a great attitude cheers will be coming back again! Overheard the owner, Patrick, speaking to junior staff in the most horrendous way. Name calling of a nature which will find him in serious trouble as this will not be tolerated and is not in keeping with community expectations. Notice the high rate of staff turnover, hardly surprising. Very unprofessional and not in keeping with code of conduct for the twenty first century.

Are you a local high school/uni student with a last minute poster presentation that needs to be printed! Well look no further. Print Arana was able to print my poster same day, in fact within 15min and with an opening time of 8: 30am I was able to focus on presenting than have to stress about when it was going to be printed, unlike some business chains that demand a “2 business days” processing period. And don’t think quick availability means a sacrifice to quality, my poster was printed to high standard.
I couldn’t recommend Print Arana more highly.

Print Arana are great to deal with and I highly recommend them. I have been using Print Arana for a few years now and I have always received excellent service, no print job too small or too large.

This one told me that I can take my passport picture if I come before 1pm on Saturday. And it was just yesterday when I was told. Today, when I got there the staff who is supposed to take charge taking photos was not there and it was 12pm. I wonder why they told the shop opening time and availability for taking photos on SATURDAY when they are not gonna keep it! Totally annoyed.
