Overall experience is good, if let me rate the clinic manger Mayde I wish I could give 0 star, crazy an unprofessional, after I had to cancel afternoon booking cause family emergency, after I apologized for couple of times with verbal and written, she rolled her dull eyes as return, except this crazy lady other staff are great.

It costs $40 for 1hr and $60 for 2hrs. You will not find a better massage at a better price. Everytime I go it's 100% worth it.

It was awful. I feel almost like a scam. I payed 90$ for a professional myotherapy thinking that it would be better than the student one. But I was totally wrong. More than 30 min was spend in asking things about my pain to filling a form and the massage last less than 30 min and it did not help me at all. I had a knot in my shoulder and he could not even remove that knot. 30 min deep.tissue Thai massage anywhere else so much better and cheaper I am so disappointed. I feel terrible I spend that money there

I use to study here. I am late to the class, the teacher give me a angry look, and a handsome man also be late to the class and he received a warm welcome. Even though she is so rude to me but I pretend I didn’t see it, and I still finish the course! Thanks to you make my heart strong!

Constantly cancelling bookings only an hour before booking time. If they weren't so cheap they'd have no business.

I have always had a very good massage when I have visited Q Academy Brisbane. The therapists listen to what you tell them and they are very professional whilst massaging you. If you are looking for a place to chill out while having your massage, then Q Academy is probably not the place for you as you can always hear movement on the floor above you as well as conversation in the cubicle next to you plus staff and customers coming and going in the hallway outside. If that doesn't bother you then make sure you visit soon as you cannot beat the quality of the massages and they are excellent value.

Amazing college to attend, online learning platforms are well organised and have top quality learning resources including instructional video’s. Has made study during COVID a smoother transition!

Been here a few times and always loved the massages. Good prices and never had a bad experience.

For the price, you just cant go wrong. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the massage was given the students are still learning. Had a private room that was a lot cleaner than some of the full price places around, and the student found all the tight spots in my shoulders. Must go back soon!

Messaged several times to book First Aid course. NO excuses. Very poor customer service skills. Pay peanuts get monkeys! I have every right to leave a negative comment when someone was meant to get back to me after I left a message but never heard from anyone yet you get back to my comment as quick as anything. I kept emailing to ask when courses were on to be told to call back.then they are full.

Went for a massage here. Bitterly disapointed. Felt i deserved a refund wasnt even worth the $30. Spent most the time standing up being told to move this way, stretch that way. Had only 5 mins of "massage" time of which was a painful finger being poked into my armpit. No actual massage happened. The rest was being told to do certain excercises in the gym for my neck n shoulder tightness. Then he proceded to stand over me & watch me fill out my review questionaire (which i then lied on so not to hurt the guys feelings. Altho i regret it now, i should have been honest) If i could give it a zero star i would, But i came out more sore and very disapointed. Wont be returning & pretty sceptical of anyone with a Q academy cert now.

Unprofessional, the trainer didn't show up for cupping class without notice email. All students came for nothing today. Wasted time and money. Who will responsible for lost income and transport fee today. I took a day off work today. Unbelievable!

Q Academy is a hidden Gem located in Newstead. As a massage business owner I have employed its students as my own staff and have always been happy with there work ethic and massage skill. I popped in today with my sister and enjoyed another positive experience and will return again sooner than later for another blissful session

Student massage centre is rubbish and unorganised.used to like it, have gone a hand full of time over the years for a $25 student massage.but now have had multiple sub par experiences the last 3 times.disorganised waste of time.

Great treatment for a great price. Excellent value for money. Very professional service. Will come back
