Puzzled Room Escape

It was so much fun and an exciting challenge for a group of 10 year olds. Made it out with time to spare. They were very proud! Monkey room.

Had a great time with the grand daughters trying to think like Monkeys in the Monkey Run Escape. Phew, made it with time to spare!

Been here twice now. Recently tried their Monkey Run room with kids. This was a well thought-out room for kids, plenty for them to do.

Kids I brought along were a little young for most of the puzzles, I'd say ideal age for this room is 9+.

1st timers here, and we had a great experience. Didn't quite get out but it didn't matter. We had fun, used our brains & had some laughs.
We'll be coming back!

What a fantastic way to spend an hour with the gang working together to solve some challenging puzzles. Such a great holiday activity.

Tonight was my first escape room experience and let me just say what an experience it was i thoroughly enjoyed what Puzzled Room Escape had in store and i will be back again to try out the other rooms that they offer i highly recommend trying them out if you love escape rooms or have thought about trying them they have rooms for all levels.

My sister’s & I enjoyed our first ever escape room at Puzzled Room Escape last night. We booked the 8pm 24/3/23 session for Puzzle tech murder escape room which was rated 3/5 star difficulty.

We had so much fun, laughed so hard and really enjoyed it. We worked as a team and have never thought so hard in our lives hehe. A huge thank you to Claire who was our host for our session, she made us feel welcomed, introduced the escape room info etc to us and was friendly, very helpful especially when we needed clues.

We didn’t make it out within the hour limit but we’re given extra time thank you Claire and ended up escaping the room. We would definitely recommend Puzzled Escape Rooms and will definitely be back to do the other rooms thank you Claire & Puzzled Escape Rooms.

This was so much fun! They help you when you get stuck. Even let us finish even though we ran out of time. Seriously great fun.

Staff is super friendly and kind, there were unexpected events that made it more exciting then it already is! Definitely returning sooner or later!

We had a fun time in the Mirrored Room. The staff member was very helpful when we were stuck on one clue. We would certainly recommend this to others considering.

We booked for 6ppl when the floods happened and 2 of our friends couldn’t make it, so at the end it was just 4 of us. They refused to give the money back to those who couldn’t come.

Booked Battle Mode for my daughter's birthday and they had a blast! Lots of fun and very accommodating for ages, needs, fears, and conditions. Staff are great with the kids too!

Good room (Dr Irovs). Very clever puzzles. The five of us had heaps of fun! Struggled a bit on how to use the final number pad, would have been useful to have instructions on the wall for which button to press to end the cycle. Overall, fantastic experience

NEVER AGAIN. COMPLETE SCAM. RIP OFF. The room wasn’t properly maintained, therefore it was nearly impossible to solve it. The treasure hunter experience is too complicated without logic and its not properly explained. There are too many puzzles and they are not well presented enough to get to solve them. It was hard to understand the guy that explained the “introduction” and when we asked for hints they were not clear either. One of the padlocks didnt work properly as we tried the right combination several times and it only worked when the staff member came to help us. We have been to many other escape rooms in the past and this one was very disappointing. Not sure if we will give it another go in this place.

Puzzled Room Escape was such a fun escape room experience. Its location is not what you expected but the way that the room was set was super creative. The staff members were lovely and they informed us on the rules and the story behind the room theme.
The escape room "Monkey Run" is not just a singular room, it branched out to different rooms and the puzzles were fun and creative.

Would definitely recommend Puzzled Room Escape to others who want to try out an escape room. There are other rooms with various levels of difficulty and room puzzle types (ie, team based, creative, puzzle etc).

My daughter and her friends had the BEST time today.
The staff could not have been any nicer.
They also took into consideration our experience with the recent flooding in rescheduling without any problem.

My partner and I did the Treasure Hunter escape room tonight and it was a fantastic experience! From the minute we walked in the door, we were greeted by Helen and Henry, and the customer service from both was great. Extra special mention to Helen as she was a hoot and a half and made the experience that much more memorable. The room was great and we will definitely be back for more!

It was great, very interactive for all people in the room, I have done many rooms with different companies and felt more involved with this room.

This is a hidden little treasure and my kids had Thier birthday party there, was good communication and a pleasure to.attend

This was my first escape room and I absolutely loved it. Their introductory "Monkey Run" was great. The lady who looked after us was extremely friendly and funny.

My friends and I will definitely be coming back again!
