Puma

Brought a pair of shoes with bad quality two days ago. The left one scraped my ankle really badly in just a few minutes. The staff would not swap them for me and said it would be difficult to re sell them. I'm surprised that they still wana re sell a product with quality problem. Check carefully if you wanna buy anything from them.

The team were extremely helpful and friendly, which made for a pleasant shopping experience. Furthermore, the store was really neat and tidy

Staff were great, happy to swap my shoes for a bigger size. Good custom services, especially given it was 3 days before xmas

Walked in the store three times over the past few days, no acknowledgement, greeting, service, hello or goodbye. I tried various shoes on each time. Was in store for 10mins and nothing. All staff were at the counter talking and laughing among themselves. They would walk past me and other customers without any sort of acknowledgement-store was full. Staff is clearly demotivated and uninterested in doing their job. Don't bother going into the store. Not worth your time.

We went to Puma today and received the best service. We went to three other stores and there was no service at all. So we went back to Puma and the guy who served us initially, remembered us and greeted us back to the store. He is the reason we got shoes from Puma today. Outstanding service. Thanks so much

I visited Jindalee Puma last week to exchange the wrong size shoes (2 pairs) I bought from Harbertown. That was the first time I bought a Puma. June (the manager Jindalee) was so helpful and the staff was very friendly. Thanks, guys for that. We enjoyed it.
And we love the new shoes we bought. Those are so comfy.
And hope you guys will have a variety of collection for clothes next time.

Bought a few shirts and shorts for my 13 year old son. Very limited items in his size and for boys. Staff were helpful though.

Very bad experience. Bought a pair of shoes, Staff claimed that I could change (with docket) if size did not fit. Tried 1 hour and too tight. Came back and refused to refund. Was told that the shoes were worn! Very disappointing. Very bad services.

We frequently shop here and have always had good experiences. The shoe quality is pretty good but not great. Having said that, the prices are always pretty good. So it is a trade off. My daughter loves their athletic wear and it has lasted really well. Again, great prices on most of it. I have always enjoyed good customer service as well but haven't needed anything more than counter service.

Massive line at the Puma Factory Outlet at DFO Cairns as there is only one cash register! Why have a large store and only one cash register? The line is out the door and people are frustrated. Epic customer service fail Puma.

Bought a Puma shoes for kids, 6 month later, shoe insole worn badly.
I have bought Nike and Adidas for kids, and never have this problem.
Puma shoes have very bad quality.
I went to this store for exchange or refund, and was told shoes are not to be worn everyday, so this is our fault.what a shocking excuse.
