Coach Duff has completely transformed the way I train, Under his guidance I have experienced such great progress in my personal strength and body recomposition, and gained an appreciation for powerlifting. Beyond the weights, Duff also emphasises athlete development through nutrition and mental resilience. He's super nice and supportive and is great at helping you maintain accountability for consistency in the gym.

One of the best fight gym cultures Ive found in Brisbane. INCREDIBLE customer service. These guys are actively building a supportive community and make you feel great while you learn. Best option in Brisbane if youre getting started.

Could not recommend this gym enough!

The atmosphere of this space is incredible and there is so much thought and attention to detail in this gym. From mixed material arts to strength training to recovery they have all bases covered These guys are clearly passionate about what they do. They are friendly, knowledgeable and provided a great space for people to learn and grow.

We will definitely be back and highly recommend Pulse playground to anyone of any level of experience.

I walked in for a tour on Friday and had a lovely warm welcome by the owner. Everyone in the gym was so friendly and I knew I wanted to join. I’m so excited to start my fitness journey here.

After being a member of another local big gym I found Pulse. This is the exact atmosphere a gym should have and the equipment required to lift. Awesome awesome place.

Great small gym with a good range of machines, free weights and other equipment. Wide range of services/training available, like boxing and MMA if that's your thing. Personal trainers also on staff if needed. Enjoying the experience - everyone is friendly and welcoming.

Pulse Playground is an amazing space with all the equipment needed for an awesome workout, or recovery session. To achieve either, there's an array of free weights, racks and machines, along with a games room, sauna and magnesium plunge. Moreover, the members, coaches and owner are all incredibly friendly people. I absolutely love training at the Pulse Playground.

Best strength gym in the area with friendly staff and strong knowledgeable coaches. So good to have use of the infared sauna and magnesium tub included in the membership. Highly recommend!
