Good quality and care from this team of professionals is what I need and Pulse Medical has it. Friendly greetings to all. Waiting times aren't to bad considering everyone wants to get in to Pulse. Doctors are very thorough.

Dr Erin Batman is amazing. Very down to earth and patient. She related very well to my children who both loved her, explaining and answering my curious daughter's 100 questions. Receptionist was also lovely and very welcoming. (Sorry I didn't catch her name) would recommend this practice.

We visited this medical centre for our 4 months bub and we feel very happy with the visit due to the following reasons:
1. On time - short waiting time and very close to our appointment time when compared with other doctors I have visited in the past
2. Friendly staff - from the receptionist, nurse and doctor we felt welcomed and well taken care of
3. Professional service - the nurse has the room ready for us to ensure minimum fuss when dealing with baby, putting our comfort in mind. Doctor Erin that we met that day is welcoming, friendly, attentive and informative to our concerns and provided the answers that comforting to us. Also, it shows that she has experienced by the way she checked the baby and understand baby development well.

Overall I’m very happy with the visit and will visit this centre in the future

I have no complaints about the doctors themselves but I do have an issue with how this office runs business. They require you to make an appointment for literally every little thing. As a nurse myself, I understand that when you do not get called back for lab results, that means that your labs were within normal limits. However, if you do get a call, it's important to speak with your doctor. This office will call me and then when I sit with the doctor, they say my labs were within normal limits. They also require me to go in for an apt for a simple routine prescription instead of them sending it to the pharmacy or sending me an escript, so that is another visit I need to pay for. The office does not have any online system to message a doctor for non-urgent questions nor view lab results. If you have a lot of time on your hands and extra money, I would recommend this place. Otherwise, you'll have better luck elsewhere.

The service we receive at Pulse Medical is always of an exceptional quality. My little ones love Dr Koshti. He is competent, thorough, understanding and always willing to listen and help. Highly recommend.

Pulse Medical Algester, and specifically Dr Erin Batman have given me Top Shelf service. Dr Erin has been a wonderful GP for me and my family. She treats my health issues in a professional manner, always following through and offering sound advice. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

I live 15 kms from Pulse, but enjoy the flexibility of Tele and Face to Face consultations. Prescriptions and pathology requests are sent to me digitally, and it's hassle free.

Dr Erin Batman has been my chosen GP for several years and she is very professional and very knowledgeable in children and women health area. Though it is a bit hard to book in appointment in a short period, still worth waiting if it’s not any case urgent.

Consistently good!
I have been coming here for over a year and can comfortably say this practice has by far the best patient care in the area. The reception staff go above and beyond. They are proactive in letting you know if the doctors are running late (which is very rare) and the doctors aside from providing excellent advice genuinely seem to care about their patients.

My regular GP had an error with their immunisation fridge so I visited Dr Ajay Koshti for a one off for my sons childhood immunisations. He was amazing and very thorough despite him knowing it was a one off visit from my sons regular GP. Highly recommend.
