Providence Land Sales and Community Centre reviews
12 The Stockland team at providence (Brad & Sam) were very helpful in the land purchase process. They kept us informed of whats happening and what are the next steps.
Highly recommended!
Sam, Brad and all of the team at Stockland Providence sales have made finding land to build our dream home a stress free and easy experience. Great support and any questions answered. Getting to walk on our land and meet our neighbours before the settlement date was a great idea and a fun day out. Having bought land from another developer before, when comparing I can honestly say they are miles apart in customer service. Thanks guys
Decent cafe with a good playground for kids. Be nicer if more services offered in the centre but what is there is quite good!
Lacks dining options, "Hub" development long overdue having been one of key sales points in decision to purchase in Estate.
Great spot to take your kids. Has a great high ropes playground for the kids and a large waterpark for the little ones to run around.
Coffee shop is trying to get omitbright but just hasn't got there yet. Had scones but had fake cream out of a can and the platter they gave it to us on wasn't big enough to pull it apart to eat. I think instead of trying to be hip they maybe need to concentrate on the practical stuff first. Staff are lovely and can some times be a little disorganised however I believe it is under new ownership. This will come with practice.
Family environment a sense of space that is safe for our children to play in Freeling water park keeps children occupied happy while you can look on from the contemporary Cafe with staff a very accommodating and prices might reflect more of the City costings but the food is delicious
Very nice playground and facilities! Always clean and free of rubbish. Decent shade and picnic table areas too.
The woodchips are small and sharp which bothered both myself and my toddler, next time we will wear long pants and fully enclosed shoes
High crime area
People are horrible
Very much like a cult environment.
Do not waste your money. Buy elsewhere.
Great fun for the kids, great food. Watermark was awesome on a hot summer day. The kids loved the playground.
Nice country side views I rate 5 strs at the housing and the designs. It is not a busy place good for holiday houses and has a great recreational centre (providence way, Splash 'n' Play water park).
Quite the oasis in the desert. Came out for the water play park. Brilliant attraction. Just missed the café, unfortunately. Looks good - will make a big effort to come back during opening hours.
