Prouds the Jewellers Nambour

Not sure if they stereotype people but unfortunately I had an awful experience here purchasing jewellery. Really disappointing.

I did not have great service from a female staff member (I think Crystal was her name.) the other day. I purchase all my jewelery needs from them previously and have always had a pleasant and helpful sales person. This girl had only been back a few weeks but don't remember seeing her there before. She was nearly rude when trying to make conversation with her. Not a very pleasant experience.

I received very outstanding customer service from the young fella. I bought a gift for my partner and he was very helpful in walking me through the different products. Kind, courteous and very knowledgeable.

Appalling service from the old manager who wears glasses. Apparently a watch with rusted and split pins is up to their standards. This has to be by far the worst jewellers I have experienced. She had no idea what she was doing and she even dropped my watch onto the glass cabinet more than once when handling it and did not apologise!

Got asked when I was due and I'm not even pregnant and didn't even mention having a baby

Staff do not care about customers at all, they are rude and unhelpful. We had a gift card to use there, and they said it had been already used. It hadn't. After several weeks of phone calls and emails, I was not able to resolve it and my own bank ended up giving me a refund for the purchase of the card!

The assistant who helped me find the perfect ring for a gift was perfect. Always smiling, had a beautiful sense of humor and just all round lovely and helpful. 100% would recommend not only prouds but the same assistant i had to everyone i know.

I’ve brought 2 men’s wrist chains valued at $200 the silver ones and now I have lost both as the link next to the clasp had somehow manage to fall out during my day to day and then I notice later on that’s its gone.
