ProTech IPhone & Mac Repairs

I know that this business recently changed hands (or at least the name) but I've been coming here consistently since moving to the area and never been disappointed with the speed of diagnosis, repair or replacement of parts. Plus the courtesy of all the team and the follow up as well.

I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else with my Mac babies and certainly not to an Apple store where I'd have to wait weeks for an appointment and then pay through the nose.

Cannot recommend iMend highly enough.have actually recommended it to everyone who struggles with their tech issues!

I was really pleased with the service here. Had an old model iPad which I thought needed complete replacement however Luke and the team replaced the battery. I was happy with turnaround time and cost to fix. I'll be back to get help with any other tech items down the track. Thanks guys.

Took my iPad into Protech to get my shattered screen fixed. I had it back the next day. Something wasn't quite right with the technical side and so I took it back. The iPad was taken back no charge. Again the iPad was returned the next day, perfect. I can't fault the customer service it was exceptional. To top it all Luke sent me a txt today asking if the iPad was working ok. Not many places offer this level of service, would highly recommend.

Friendly and professional and completed my Iphone repair quicky and met my requirements

I will use them for any future repair work

Great experience with iMend in Marcoola! Was able to come straight in and the battery was replaced and as good as new in just half an hour! Definitely will use again and can recommend.

Rang and asked really politely if they replaced batteries in a Google Pixel 6 and he laughed and said sarcastically "aaaah no thank you". I was so taken aback I pretty much hung up as he was trying to backpedal as he realised how rude he sounded. I'm so TIRED of IT guys not having any idea how to talk to someone without judging their choice in tech. He didn't know me, or how I came to have the phone - I rang to ask a question, was shocked at the response.

These guys are the best! Protech went above and beyond to resurrect my samsung phone that had a cracked screen and water damage.

Hi Pro Tech, you are lifesavers, miracle workers and saved my bacon. I left my phone in the pocket of my shorts after being at the park with my dog one muddy Sunday afternoon. When we got home, everything went in the washing machine, phone and all. After about 10 minutes my wife heard a noise and saw there was a light going around the tub. She quickly recovered my phone but we couldn't get it to boys until next morning. They didn't promise much or hold out much hope but within just a few hours, I had it firmly back in my hot little hand, well away from water. Having just purchased a refurbished iPhone, there were a few issues which the team sorted out and gave me an upgrade at no cost for the inconvenience of returning a few times. I found the the team friendly, very accommodating, helpful and seemed genuinely concerned that I had received an item that was not working properly. I will certainly be going back when needing tech replacements.
