I should have turned around and walked out, but anyway.went in for a pedicure, was super rushed, the store smelt like fish the ladies all just spoke within themselves. Wouldn't recommend.

Staff are rude and talk to each other more then the customers. My pedicure felt very pushy and fast even tho there was only myself and two other people in the store.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour, I asked them to fix a mistake they made they told me “ you took to long choosing the colour “ I had been waiting for them to come to me. The nails aren’t bad until u look close there’s bubbles, nail polish all over my fingers and just messy all around it.

Don’t go here for a pedi. I wish I read the reviews before I came. This was the most rushed pedi I have ever had. No attention to detail, no time even to soak your feet in the water and they don’t soak the shellac off, only drill which I'm sure takes a layer of your nail off. I was in and out in 20 mins and will never return. They weren’t busy so can’t use that as an excuse

I got a full set of acrylic nails applied 2 weeks ago. They are still looking amazing, none have fallen off or there are no parts that are starting to lift. I will definitely be returning.q

I went in to get my acrylic nails taken off and they seemed very rushed.they did not welcome me or acknowledge for at least 15 minutes and just walked past me.they did not take the nails off correctly and cut them which then cut my actual nail and skin causing it to bleed.they offered no apologies and jut kept going.they then pried the nails off in turn ripping the cut nail off causing further bleeding again with no apology.they attempted to glue the nail back together but the glue got in the cut as well as the top coat/nail healer.as i went to pay they refused to take card and made me go get money out.overall a very poorly executed and rushed service.will not be going back

They behaviour is not very sweet and polite. I am disappointed I went there for relaxation but they acting very angry to me their work is not bad, but never again

I walked in and asked for a new set of acrylic because I wanted French tip. After waiting 30mins (which was fair as they were busy) but then after I finally got the third girl that I told what I wanted she did not listen and was annoyed that I wanted the acrylic off. I explained that it had gone yellow and that I wanted French tip. She did not listen because she put regular tips on and instead of trying to fix it just said it would be $75 to get the white tip put on. I explained that I did ask for French tip in which she said I needed to have asked for white tip. Then started to talk to the lady nail technician beside her in their own language. So all in all I was charged extra for a mistake that this girl made and the new acrylic is appalling! Would NEVER go back!

I have been a couple of times now and normally awesome, maybe it was an off day but nails have smears, bumps and after 1 week gel is starting to peel

They did my nails soooo well, the best I've ever had. The colour was accurate and I've never had such a neat coat. But they only talked to the other staff and not in English which I thought was rude and the place wasn't very classy looking but they are good at what they do

This salon is consistently inconsistent. Sometimes I get a good result, but more often than not the ladies rush through to get to the next customer. Yesterday was the last time I’ll visit - my nails look rubbish.

Felt like my gel Manicure and pedicure was rushed and very unprofessional.
My fingernails look like I let a two year old paint them and three days since having them done the gel nail polish is starting to chip and flake off. My daughter's Mani pedi started flaking off the next day and they only did one coat! $150 for poor quality job and service.
I won't be back!

Don't bother. $40 for a leg massage and one coat of polish. No dry skin removed from heels, and one thin coat of color.

The staff are lovely, professional and accommodating. The always do a great job of my pedicures

So disappointed, i went there two days ago for a mani-pedi and it has already started chipping.not to mention they didn’t even paint all of my nail and only did one coat.the lady didn’t even try to shape my nails even when i asked her to, she just cut the ends with nail clippers and went onto painting them.it seemed like they were in a rush.i cannot believe this is what $150 got me.not very happy and probably won’t be returning.update: it’s been three days and my nails are almost completely chipped away.i’m not an avid nail biter nor do i use my hands/nails a lot so i have no idea why it’s chipping so quickly.don’t waste your time or money with this place i’m sure there are many other places in the area way better than this one.

Great staff. Friendly, helpful service. Been going pre Covid and this was my first visit since. Protective shields and removal of middle seat at every desk that used to have 3 - now 2. As an asthmatic, I really appreciated their due diligence and care for clients' protection. Good contact tracing evident at front desk. A credit to our community with great service and very fair prices.

Went to get my acrylic nails filled in - one of them was a little loose - so they went to take it off and replace it. Instead of taking their time and being careful they ripped off the acrylic and half of my nail with it. They were 20 mins from closing and clearly rushing but that shouldn’t matter - they should have taken their time. They offered no apologies or even a discount. I left with a bleeding nail and a rushed job. They told me to come back in two days to put an acrylic nail over it but by how it looks it’s defiantly not going to be healed by then and no way I’m going back to that place anytime soon.

Highly recommend the spa pedicure. Staff are lovely & reasonable pricing. Always short wait period.

Had acrylics for months go grow my natural nails to a decent length for gel. Only to have one of the nail technicians destroy my nails by literally RIPPING OFF my acrylics, which was painful to the point I had tears on my face in store. All of my nails have broken from being so brittle now. Would rather cut off my left tit than go back here.

Poor service and unfriendly staff. Daisy made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and almost buffed one of my fingers off. Over-priced and would not recommend.
