My cousin and I went there on Sunday, wanting to get gel tips…… She did an overlay and when I asked her she snapped and LIED said ‘that’s what you wanted’……I said no I did not …it was way too late…. She did such a rough job on the paint … half done, all crooked, jagged edges—so ROUGH— she was so ignorant! ——didn’t polish them off properly ——no care whatsoever…. Charged us $60 EACH! TOTAL RIP OFF! Absolute disgrace —she was so extremely rude. I’ve never been there and will never be going back. Don’t waste your time or money. Absolutely disgusting service! I hope the business collapses. You don’t deserve to be open.

This would have to be one of the most rudest nail salons I’ve ever been too, there customer service and mannerism is appalling……and yes my names Karen!

Don’t recommend going on a Sunday, service is rushed & quality very rough. They’ve lost my custom.

Just in to get my nails done, acrylics, $75, all bumpy, dust in the shellac so gritty finish, shorter than I wanted, bad attitude… just left and won’t be back.

ProfessioNail is very unprofessional, they are physically and verbally abusive, it honestly made me so uncomfortable. There were cockroaches, there were no plastic liners in the foot bath. It was rushed and price varies depending on their mood. I felt very judged and immediately didn't feel welcome, the price list shows a lower price to what they charge and they made me pay half way through my appointment. Please dont go here there are better services and prices somewhere else

Lady was rushing. I paid more for shellac, the nail polish must of been old because as soon as she finished my nail polish was already peeling off. Horrible experience.

If I could have given zero stars to this place I would. The customer service is absolutely disgusting and very poor quality. I have never received such poor treatment or service.

The staff were rude and dismissive and did not even bother to make eye contact. I had wanted to leave half way. I wish I had read all their very poor reviews prior to attending. I do not recommend this place.

Asked for pedi and manicure with full acrylic nails. Pedicure was lovely with gel nails. When it came to manicure I asked for full acrylic set with French polish. I explained that tips were to painful on my soft nails. Ended up with tips over broken nails that they didn’t bother to clip or clean. Not worth the $135 I was charged. Very unhappy with the result.

Best pedicure I have had yet! The lady that served me was a mature lady wearing green linen and she was very attentive to detail, even had hot stones placed on my legs as part of it. Thank you, I feel better after that experience

Terrible. The lady I had was rude and did not say hello "thankyou" goodbye. Did not even look at me. Too busy watching people coming into store. I was in and out. I have had alot of pedicures and she was the worst
I was just a rush job. Very rude girl. Ashame they have the monoply there at Taigum. As I would have walked out. I am really annoyed at this badly run business. Also NO plastic liners in the foot bath for hygiene.

Start doing their own nails and pedicure leftover my nails in between, I paid $50 for pedicure and they asked me to pay for manicure even though I hadn't been done. I will never Go back.

The worst experience I have ever had, they told me to choose a colour and after applying it told me it was gel so I had to pay extra and I didn’t want that so they took it off and changed it with normal and still wanted to charge me extra.

Wow wish I went to the other salon at least they say hello. Shop is dirty, run down chairs peeling. Unfriendly staff speaking in own language and laughing constantly. Not one interacted with their customer. Chair massage painful didn’t ask if I wanted it on and couldn’t turn it off. Nail technician rough and coughing into her mask with her mask not completely covering her mouth will never go back pedicure ordinary with nails not properly cut.

The girl that did my mani & pedi did a pretty decent job, but just so rude & rough

Very disappointed with my experience. Wasted money on such terrible service. Nails look so terrible will never use them again. Staff not trained use nail glue over amount my skin under nails very uncomfortable and painful I will never get my nails done from them. Girls working their they laughing and taking there language which is totally unprofessional.

The service is simply shocking. The premises also need updating and cleaning. The chairs are all peeling and doesn't look hygienic at all. Go to H&T next to the news agency. Much better and the girls much nicer.

Very unfriendly lady doing my nails, which didn't look great and this was my very first time ever. She seemed to hate her job, shame really.
Won't go back as there's plenty of other places.

Go to regal nails next to donut king instead. They have a 7 day warranty on their nails for any chipping, broken nails etc.as soon as you leave professionail at Taigum, they won’t fix it even if it’s an application issue for gel lifting.

Really poor customer service and super rushed experience. Their aim is to get you in and out as QUICK as they can. I paid $50 for gel pedicure, was meant to get a manicure as well but I changed my mind after seeing the mess of the pedicure. They then told me I had to pay for a manicure even though it hadn’t been done! I said to the lady ill just walk if she didn’t take the $50 I was offering for my pedicure. She swore at me and was throwing her arms and told me to never ever come back. It was really weirdly passive aggressive and emotional VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
Also if your nails fall off or chip within a day- they will NOT fix it for you.

Middle aged man stands at the front with his arms behind his back and more so grunts the whole day away, even if they are flat out that man will never have a file in his hands just watches everyone work, have been seeing it for years, most times I walk past actually.

Do not go here.
