Always take their time no matter how busy they are! I wouldn’t get my feet done anywhere else! Great as always

This nail shop is at a great location with parking and the staff are very lovely. They do a wonderful job with nails and toes and they are very gentle with you and don’t make you bleed! The shapes and colours are wonderful too! Great selection! Unfortunately the only thing I have to say is that the wait time is getting awful. I’ve been going a while now and you can wait up to an hour even after you book an appointment. I don’t like they try and squeeze everyone in. Sooo when you go here make sure to allow up to 2 hours incase for waiting… would definitely recommend to book but I still waited an hour so bring a book or a movie to watch lol!

I’ve been a regular at Lovin’ Nails since they opened & each visit I’ve had incredible experiences with amazing results with every nail tech I’ve had.
I’ve had both acrylic extension & SNS in my visits, they each last for weeks right up until my next appointment & my fingernails are the healthiest they’ve ever been!
The spa pedicure is divine, a wonderful thorough treatment with a lovely massage as well as a gel polish that never chips.
Couldn’t recommend this business more, truly wonderful.

Usually love this place, was very disappointed this time. The girl was very uninterested in what she was doing, 2 second massage, non existent exfoliate. Is it too much to ask for consistency.

I am so relieved to have found this salon. I was a regular customer at their former salon in Toombul and was upset when they were forced to close due to the flooding. I can safely say I have tried over 10 other salons this year and none could compare with the exceptional level of service and care given by every member of the team. My nails look and feel better than they have in months. Thank you for reopening! I highly recommend, you won’t be sorry.

They take bookings, yet made to wait over 25+ mins. I arrived 5mins late for my booking, no shellac was even removed. Instead I was told to sit, wait & put feet in water. No one called to advise they’re running behind - they have my mobile and email on file. I dried my own feet…that we’re cooking in hot water, and walked out. I had the courtesy to make a booking. Yet they don’t manage/respect time. They asked if I could come back after wasting 30mins on a public holiday. Deeply disappointed Trinh. I’ve been 3 times, but never again. Never am I made to wait, especially with a booking - at Professional Carindale and Gasworks. Lost my business. Shocking booking system that needs addressing, especially if you’re going to succeed with loyal and local repeat customers. Recognise people, respect their time, give them choice. The lovely ladies and gents that own and run this business are the most beautiful people. They nurture every single customer who enters their shop, they always do my nails to Perfection and they stay that way until my next visit. I can highly recommend this nail salon 10 service ️

I went to this place and everything was amazing the service, the place and the results. The lady who did my nails were really honest and offered me a procedure that I never had and my nails look beautiful. I would definitely go again to this place.

I had my first nail extensions yesterday, there was the two girls, was so rude, when I entered one girl came nd I didn’t understand what she was saying, i asked her three time nd she answered very rudely. After that, they didn’t explain anything to me bcz i was bit confused to choose. I was asking my queries, they made me feel like i am fool. They were talking to each other in their language in front of me and others, i was feeling very uncomfortable. But finally i had my nail done but she was the third girl who was nice. I had a very bad experience.

My usual salon was booked out so I took a chance and went here for my shellac infill and it was the BEST decision. The guy who I had (I didn’t get his name) did an amazing job. Perfect shape and length, he was very particular and made sure they were perfect and straight, and was also very gentle and patient when doing a fix (I had snapped one nail clean off and it was very tender). I will be a new regular here, and just wanted to say thank you!

The best nail shops by far. The staff was excellent and friendly. The nail technicians were very attuned to detail. And the patience she took to get them perfect was above and beyond. That’s why my nails always last a month. Sometimes, when I am around the city, I only go to their second shop, which has the same owner and crew, in Winter Garden.
Check them out. Highly recommended.

Unprofessional, made me wait an hour before telling me they didn't have my colour. The girl was so rushed. I'm so unhappy I spent my money here. I was clearly upset by my experience, and the staff had no empathy at all. All they care about is money, not the customer.

*** Regaring the below relpy; Your lack of accepting any responsibility and just carrying on with excuses just shows more your lack of professionalism and customer care.
I can see in all your negative reviews that you never just accept responsibility that a job wasn't done well, everytime you go on about circumstances and make excuses and blame the customer. As a manager you should learn how to have empathy and understanding when running a business, and also accept responsibility when something goes wrong. No business is perfect, and knowing how to take criticism is a good step on learning how to improve.

(Also I was not provided with 400 other options, that is a lie, I was presented with two) And they were both complete opposite of what I originally chose, you had nothing similar to 72 at all that your staff could find)

I had a lackluster pedicure, done extremely quickly without attention to detail and rough. I did get the pedicure but there were marks that I pointed out which they didn't care about. They did do it, nothing harmful, but water was like warm, massage lasted less than a minute and dead skin left on feet. Not awful but I won't be back.

Its my go to shop. The staff are very friendly and there is huge selection of colours. Friendly service and they always do a stunning job! The only place I go to for manicures and pedicures! Amazing work, highly recommend Professional Nails Toombul.
