It’s was really good, I had a pedicure after winter neglect (of just me trimming not well) they took time cut my nails really well didn’t rush at all! I will definitely go back

No point taking a phone appointment if you can’t stick to the time and tell me I have to wait longer.

It’s like making a booking at a restaurant, then rock up to them telling you there’s another 30 minutes wait because they “take walk ins too”.

Please be more professional. You need to take your walk ins AROUND your bookings, not the other way around.

This Salon went out of their way to make sure I had my nails done beautifully for my wedding day.
My scheduled salon closes early, and I walked into Vogue only 5 minutes before they were scheduled to close. Even though they had other clients to finish, they still made time to strip the old shellac off, trim my cuticles, and managed to paint both my fingers and toes with fresh shellac. They let me still choose a French tip even though it would take longer and checked in that the colours were correct

On top of the wonderful service, they were all very friendly, great communicators, patient and most of all, very skilled and quick. My nails look better then other salons I've gone too that weren't under any time pressure or for special occasions.

If you need a salon that wanted to go the extra mile to make sure a last minute customer walked away very happy: this is the one.
I Will Be returning to this salon to book in for the full service treatment.

I was accommodated at short notice and the ladies were so friendly and lovely. My nails look beautiful. Very happy.

Lovely and clean salon. The lady who did my pedicure was very sweet and attentive and did a great job. I will definitely be back!

I got a spa pedicure and full set. The pedicure wasn’t bad but the water was extremely hot and one of my nails wasn’t cut or shaped at all. But the full set not only took a really long time, all of my nails were very thick and extremely misshapen. They cut me with the drill twice and the top coat they put on had bubbles it in. I was then changed $150 for both which was extremely high for the quality provided. I will not be returning.

What a find… my first time for a pedicure at Princess Nails. One of the best I have ever had (and there have been a few!). Very relaxed place with friendly staff.

I went in today for a set of nails as my tech is away. Nice job, fast but so over priced (I had even taken the old nails off) I normally pay $40-45 in fern hills (been going for 3 years, but my regulars are on holidays) today was $60 for nothing more than I would normally get. Would I go back. Yes for the job done but not for over pricing on a very simple job. I walked in thinking if the nails were well done and the price was competitive I would change. Sadly the price stopped it.

My mum, grandma and I come here every 4 weeks to get our nails done. The staff are friendly and the salon has a cozy atmosphere. Never disappointed with how my nails turn out.

Went in yesterday for pedicure and nails to busy come back tomorrow at 2.30. At 2.30 was put in chair for pedicure 3.30 still waiting. Decided at time to leave. No apology but said they would be there soon. Finally left at 4.45. If I didn't have a Xmas voucher would have left sorry girls not good enough

They charged me $35 for a colour change whereas The place up the road at Aspley charged me half the price in a space of a fortnight

Friendly staff, listened to exactly what I wanted and I’m very happy with the results. Even explained as my normal nails are so short they were thicker this time but as my nails grow this won’t be the result in the future. In saying this I’m extremely happy as they are actually thinner than some other salons have given me. Very clean salon and highly recommend.

Went for the first time last night and have never had someone pay so much care and attention to my nails to make sure the gel extensions look like my own nails. Customer service was lovely and very welcoming - I'll be getting my nails done here going forward!

I went yesterday for my first time to get acrylic nails. The staff were so kind and friendly to me and did a wonderful job on my nails, I wanted a neon purple French tip and I got exactly that.

Always enjoyable experience! Suggest calling on Friday/Sat to make sure you get in without waiting. Good prices and lovely ladies!

Terrible, don’t waste money going there, very rushed, rude, charged us twice, very rough with our hands, didn’t get put at a table, took a long time and just overall the worst experience ever, not even one star

My favourite place to get my nails done, the ladies are lovely and I love the relaxing music they play on the TV.
