Priceline Pharmacy Oasis Broadbeach

After today I won't be back! Whilst shopping & browsing staff member stated, "spend a certain amount of money I would get $180 worth of hair care products" which I thought was a bargain. Spent way over the amount, only then told' no I had to buy from certain brands. Staff member young rude discourteous.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Melody for the exceptional service and professionalism displayed during my recent visit to Priceline Oasis Broadbeach. Melody went above and beyond to provide me with the necessary information about my medication, explaining it in a way that was easy to understand. Her attention to detail and commitment to ensuring I felt comfortable and informed truly made a difference. Five stars for service! The pharmacists was flat out but he made time to help me with an eye issue. Knowledgeable and friendly.

Went in for sun block and noticed they had RAT tests so grabbed 2. Silly me didn't check prices but realized they charged me $60 for 2 tests. This is definitely a bit of price gouging. Most chemists have them and they are normally $20 for 2, not triple that. Just be aware that they are after the dollar. I guess most tourist places will do this but just beware.

I am in hotel quarantine and required some urgent support from a local pharmacy. Tara and her colleagues provided me excellent service! They went above and beyond to ensure the supplies I needed were delivered to my hotel the same day. Thank you!

This must win the prize for being the slowest, most expensive chemist in the Gold Coast. It quickly reminded me why I stopped going there. Never again.

Female pharmacist needs to go! Rudest person I’ve encountered, no empathy, horrible attitude towards customers

I have just been to the Pharmacy section of what is my local chemist looking for a routine medication. I was the only customer, but the ladies looked to be doing things so I waited after answering their query as to what I was after - a fungal cream. While waiting, other customers come in behind me and were served ahead of me. I’m not sure why, certainly there was little dialogue so no prior difficulty. So being a bit underwhelmed I left. A small issue to be honest, but Priceline was my local chemist.

I came into the pharmacy today for migraine medication (I’m on holidays from New Zealand and forgot mine), the pharmacist couldn’t sell me
much over the counter (as per Australian pharmaceutical laws) but he made a suggestion of where I could get into the nearby doctor (got a script very quickly and was even bulk billed). If it wasn’t for the pharmacists care and compassion, I would have ruined most of my holiday with a migraine - so thank you! I really appreciated your kindness in getting me sorted

Rude and unhelpful pharmacist who displayed 0% care and even less interest in helping me to resolve a script issue, which could have been resolved as my experience with another pharmacy later demonstrated to me. Don't expect anyone to go above and beyond in this pharmacy. They have no consideration for your health. Shame on your pharmacist. You work in an industry that should support people's health, not disregard it.

I've never had anything but flawless service from this Pharmacy. All of the pharmacists I've encountered were lovely and super helpful. I'd highly recommend this pharmacy to all of my friends and family.
